If I was 1 hour away, I would probably go on the weekends more often. It's a little over 2 for me I think, so it takes a little planning to doI want to get a leg day in there on a Sunday soon.

A phone call and a description of the situation won't ruin your day; maybe they can make a call and "fix" things.
I am a solutions oriented person and, no offence, 8 pages of whining won't get you anywhere.
Just sayin.

I'm considering dropping the 300 for all 3.....That long bar and handles looks versatile. My elbows have been taking a beating from pulling movements, and those grips help alot.

EDIT: I made some poverty squat ramps, prob 20 degrees, little too much, but I enjoy squatting with them and feel much more quad recruitment.

That is bull**** man ive watched the video a couple more times and its ridiculous how youd get banned for that. This has to go on the news man, or have some of the biggest youtube fitness celebrities talk about it so it gets bigger.

Maybe send your video to Greg Doucette and have him give his opinion lol (srs). Although he is a smart guy, so im sure hed be like "no, i dont know what else happened that we dont see on the video". One thing i know for sure, if the Doctor saw your video hed give you **** about your leggins so maybe dont send it to him lmao

This too.

Putting some short over your tights would be more modest.

having seen people pull 800 plus lb dl if they drop the dl bar, ya the gym shakes and even with head phones Iโ€™ll jump, I mean even 700 plus but Iโ€™ll be impressed not annoyed and next time they dl Iโ€™ll stop my sets to watch, same with any other respectable lift, then again Iโ€™ve trained at uspa affiliated gyms and go to pl mets

If you lift heavy there will be noise my ex would scream hitting D.L. prs at a retro fitness but 700lbs at 180-190 no one cared then again we knew the owner and it was a srs gym for a chain, Logan Franklin was a trainer there and the gym owner got his career started

I get it, but with low volume high intensity training for Hypertrophy, weโ€™re not leaving reps in the tank. When do you decide to break out the secret weapon lol. This whole workout was 8 sets , this was set #8

edit: also had liquid chits all day, so probably subconsciously squeezing my butthole extra hard every rep lmao

Saw this on your insta, and definitely left confused.... Have they said anything to you before this? It definitely seems excessive for a first time offender. Did you "go off" on the front desk employee? Is this a corporate or franchise location? Either way there are different avenues for getting your membership reinstated if you still want it. Also, make sure to contact your bank to tell them you no longer work out there. Golds is notorious for continuing billing cycles long after memberships are over with.

Short shorts at the gym crew and no grunting but to each their own. I see far more obnoxious/disrupting behavior pretty much every day at the gym

Gainz are about attitude. OP had the right attitude. It's demotivating af to have some twink tell you to stop trying. It's hard enough to get into the right mindset - particularly for females since even other body builders provide discouragement and urge one to assume the omega role. I say whop ass until the cops arrive.

2nd offense same nonsense tho. I didnโ€™t go off, but I was visibly irritated after she gave me an attitude after getting in my space during a heavy set
