That’s a difficult question to succinctly answer. Gender dysphoria is real. Almost pernicious. It’s the constant thought (dreams too) that I’m female. It didn’t subside until I started taking
estrogen.

I also tried to raise my test as well to see if the thoughts and feelings subsided. Nope
