"I am like getting the feeling of cumming in the gym; I'm getting the feeling of cumming at home; I'm getting the feeling of cumming backstage; when I pump up, when I pose out in front of 5000 people I get the same feeling, so I am cumming day and night. It's terrific, right? So you know, I am in heaven."

Now I'm on a long path to getting functional.
If I look the wrong direction (put my neck in certain positions) my right arm goes numb.
Right now even wiping on the toilet is difficult. My shoulder or lats will cramp and lock up.
So I'm doing 6 to 9 sets of lifting 4days a week.
7 days a week I'm working on mobility with emphasis on pec minor and internal and external rotations.
I'm really hoping to be healthy by the time the season is in full swing. Last summer sucked working in pain.

He also knows that my biggest issue is I don't want the weed to kill him.
I need to tell him about Len Bias.

What injury? And pics?
What injury? And pics?
On August 1 I was carrying 3 sheets of plywood out of a building and I slipped on some trash on the stairs.
This made my head jolt to the left and resulted in muscle strain and pinched and stretched brachial plexus.
I was in NJ on a 3 week job. I went and got a shot of toradol and just ate ibuprofen and grinded thru the season.
I reinjured several times one severe enough that I couldn't sleep more than 2 hrs at a time. That lasted 2 months and I was on all kinds of meds.
I'm now pain free but still have the pinched nerve which is affecting muscle function in my right arm.
Give me a minute and i'll show you what we did for the 3 weeks following the injury.
