A US judge has awarded $12.8m (£9.8m) to 22 unnamed women, ruling that they were tricked into appearing in widely distributed online porn videos.
CLiffs:

- Makers would get young girls to come to LA for a chance to model
- They paid for one way flights to LA
- Would then bring them to hotel room and tell them they had to do porn to get the money to get the flight back home
- Many of the girls didnt have money to fly without the tickets (brb next day flights expensive as ****) so had to do porn
- Told them porn would only come out in like India and Bumble**** and ****
- They would keep them for a weekend and have them change clothes so they could say some girls "came back" with later porn releases
- Basically blackmail/rape etc.

What really happens is the girls knew they were doing porn. They cashed the checks and found another paycheck by filing a law suit and claimed they are victims.

They flew cross country without a cent in their pockets? no credit cards, no nothing, just hope? That seems pretty stupid, I mean, did they think they would get paid cash day one for a legit job? Most jobs you work a couple weeks and then get your check.

I don't believe this story, first even if you don't have money the girls at the very least had their phones, they could've called a member of the family or even ask strangers to help them get back home, the only alternative wasn't to do porn, doesn't make sense at all.

These girls not only accepted to do porn because they had "no other choice" to get back home (lmao) but also accepted to be filmed doing porn and believed that it will only come out in India, doesn't make sense again...

Think about it this way, even as a male, you're told to be a model by a gay porn maker lying to you, he gives you a ticket to LA, when you arrive, he tells you "Hey, I'm sorry but you're not modeling, I'm going in dry in your ass or you're not getting back home" what will you do ? Certainly not giving him your ass for a ticket back, you would either call home to they can send money / come get you, panhandle to get some money to get back or even sleep on the street.

What GDP did was wrong, but I have zero sympathy for those sloots. One minute they're independent wahmen who can think for themselves, the next minute they lack proper judgement and the brain capacity to say no?

I read the original court documents.

But i read the article that was posted in the last thread. The judge in that article states that on the 2nd page of the document the girls signed it said "online usage"

Which..apparently was vague enough to cause issue. However. It seems pretty apt regarding the internet. As om pretty sure everybody knows once you place it on the internet..hard to control it

So.. Its not even that these girls were told it would be released in europe.. However, they were told it would be online

Fuk these sloots. Such bs it's not like they were locked in a cage and couldn't go get help. They made the decision 100% on their own and you've seen the videos, i've seen the videos, they don't generally seem like depressed or forced in to it. Has the judge watched the videos? I think not. Pretty much agree with all this. I believe under law it does qualify as "rape" though due to (well in theory at least) that their consent was contingent on the video remaining private.

So...while GDP was in the wrong - sloots still chose to sloot.
