yes they do but khabib will refuse until conor wins more fights, or khabib will retire. He's obviously not the kind of guy that gets intimidated by big company bullying bullshiite. He'll just slap dana and move to dagastan permanently.

Let's calm down. Conor looked good, but Cerrone is no Khabib. One is a gatekeeper while the other is a phenom that comes once every 20 years (if even that).

That wrestling style that Khabib utilized on him cannot be learned in one training camp, that is years and years of wrestling on some mountain in Dagestan. People do not give respect to Conor's performance vs Khabib bc all they saw was the mauling but Conor survived many take down attempts. The problem with Khabib is that you may survive the first couple, but he keeps sending waves and waves. Conor was simply overwhelmed and shocked at how hard it was to stop him, hence the mauling in round 2. Again, everyone remembers those parts but Conor did VERY WELL compared to other victims of Khabib. Like DC said, you simply do not learn his wrestling style.

This

Khabib will just rinse and repeat what he did last time and conor wont be able to do anything about it

Will be glorious to watch again

in terms of standing up game i dont think khabib , gamebred, or ferguson has a chance honestly

out of those 3 id say jorge has the best chance easily but conors standing game is dangerous bro

he is officially back

of course khabib could drag him down and beat him on the ground game but in terms of standing i dont think khabib is in the same league as conor

lol obviously

no one is going to dispute that but masvidal has the best chance for sure and wouldnt be surprised if he KO'd conor. Not that masvidal is all of a sudden a world beater but his losses have been by grapplers or submission artists because no one will stand with him

I didn’t say he would beat all those guys.

The sad thing is, fight fans are almost never interested in the nuance of fights.

Beating Cerrone isn’t something to shout too much about, but look at how he did it, look at how he was moving, look at his physical condition, look at his mentality during the build up. It was another person compared to the guy who fought Khabib.

We have never even seen Conor vs Khabib. We saw an injured, drugged out, sloppy, borderline alcoholic vs Khabib.

I’m not saying he would beat Khabib, before the <80 IQ resident retards jump on me.

He would get mauled by the monsters at 170, but Masvidal is a blown up lightweight like Conor. And Conor is far more skilled.

Ferguson gets hit too much to fight someone like Conor.

I can’t believe so many people still can’t recognize how good of a striker Conor is. He is SEVERAL LEVELS above almost everyone. I’d say definitely everyone on that list.

Fortunately for khabib this is mma and not boxing, but I kind of disagree. Khabib doesn’t buckle from aggression and he can out pressure connor

Just a list of guys in the conversation. Plus Diaz for sure is, see 1-1. You dont know that peak BMF Masvidal is not more dangerous than this McGregor.

I think Conor would beat some of them but there's no way you match his style up and say he's fit to beat them all.

Who on the list isnt a better grappler? Masvidal? He's gonna match Conor's style anyway. Conor beat cowboy who contracted into a stand-up match, but spotted him speed and mental edge like no one else on this list will.

Conor might be the best striker in the group. Truth is a tool kit with a skill base in an A+ ground game is much more valuable in MMA than world class boxing. Conor might be born again, but if he hasnt been born again as a Dagestani bear wrestler it won't matter. We saw how heavy Khabib threw hands in that fight as well.

I'm not buying the drug addict excuse for the first fight. Half his fans say he won some rounds and looked good but got caught, the other half say he was a shell of himself.

Oddly, I think Tony > Khabib, Khabib > Conor, but not necessarily Tony > Conor.

Masvidal and Conor are comparable stylistically and physically but it might be a true 50-50. That might even mean who gets luckiest in the first 60 seconds of round 1. Either way someone will look outmatched.

It must be hard to be a cowboy fan. Something about his personality pisses me off. His defeatist sad sack attitude makes defeat a self fulfilling prophesy.

Red Panty night for Donald 'The Punchbag' Cerrone. "Need an easy win? I'm your guy!". Even the grandmother was happy. Everyone was making fun of Conor picking an easy return fight, and you can clearly see why. The guy he was fighting swelled his own eyeball by blowing the nose ffs.

But I'm excited for Conor to get cocky again like in the old days, and get smashed by the rest of the division. Will be a good entertainment. You try that shoulder crap on Usman's titanium face and he won't even feel it.

Cerrone got 2M for this fight. Easy to just take a quick beating and be done with it because that's exactly how he acted. That's usually what happens when you blow the dude in the press conference while he says he's going to KO you. Gotta be embarrassing as hell. Lost a lot of respect for cerrone tonight but he wont give 2 shiits because he got paid and when you're ultra greedy like that nothing else matters. Almost as greedy as conor. Almost.

I’m pretty sure he would feel a shoulder bone launching into his nose.

The fight reminded of when volkan ozedmir uppercutted jimi manuwa’s career into oblivion because jimi was relaxing in the clinch.

conor is the Bruce Lee of our generation. He’s a true original.

Usman would ragdoll him into the next time zone. Jesus man, get conor's balls off your chin.

Some of you dudes are straight up sad.

Know what's even easier than getting head kicked and defeated for $2 million? Head kicking your opponent and winning the fight.

Your conspiracy theory chit makes no sense.

Getting kicked in the jaw full blast just doesn't add up, guys. It just... doesn't. Add. Up. Why would he just fall like that after eating a flush head kick? The math doesn't work.

I'm perplexed. Totally perplexed.

I'm perplexed. Totally perplexed.
Cerrone got kicked with toes, not the whole foot. Conor must have magic in them toes.
"I would fight anyone of the UFC LW's, but the problem is that I will never put my foot in the octagon after they (UFC) tried to be funny, I would rather have bleeding hemorrhoids than fight for the UFC. I would rather have one true Japanese MMA supporter than one million fake mainstream supporters that will turn their back on you as soon as you lose a fight. - Joachim Hansen

Assuming you aren't trolling, I legitimately feel sorry for you.

Dana White is doing the press conference right now, drooling and blowing the load about Khabib vs Conor 2.0... "Nothing makes sense except for another Khabib fight, NOTHIN', I love the kid, only Khabib fight next"...

...BRUH - everything makes sense except for another damn Khabib fight. Khabib is 28-0, just smashed Conor not so long ago too, if he beats Tony then Conor will need to beat at least 3 tough (not punchbag) opponents to even think fighting Khabib again. This cocksucking attitude and favoritism puts the entire UFC to shame.

Khabib needs to hold his ground and keep brushing the loser off. Last time he said "Conor needs to win 10 fights to fight me again", sounds about right.

Usman is waiting for you, Conor.

Colby Covington spent 5 rounds hammering Usman's face and the motherfuker didn't even flinch. You can hate Colby all you want but he knows how to punch.
