Very rarely watch the NFL crew. Don’t miss it much either. It’s been a bad product in my opinion for probably 10+ years now. I follow it somewhat, but to spend 3+ hours on a game... I don’t have it in me.

Actually the Lions are one of the few things I find entertaining about the NFL. Week in and week out they find a way to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. Seriously never seen a team lose in so many unique and interesting ways. They’ve changed multiple rules the last 10ish years because of chit that’s happened to the Lions. So I will sometimes watch the last half of the 4th quarter of Lions games if I’m just sitting at home.

It won’t have much impact, if any at all unfortunately. Dems hold all the power. Conservatives are a pretty easily dealt with group. We generally are peaceful, and follow the rules. This pro-2A rally isn’t going to have burning cop cars and chit. People will follow every law, rule, and order they’re given, because that’s what most on our side do. They’ll abide by the “no guns in this area” rule, they’ll do whatever the cops tell them. They’ll bitch and not be happy about it, but they’ll do it. Then ultimately the Dems will pass whatever they want, and gun owners will either do exactly what is required by law (register them, turn them in, whatever) or they’ll more likely just go about their lives and act like the stuff wasn’t passed to whatever extent they’re able to (like not registering or turning in but just holding onto them).

Two things that absolutely won’t happen;

1) Dems minds won’t be changed. They’ll vote for whatever they want.
2) Any kind of “revolution” or “boogaloo” or any other name you want to call a violent uprising.

It’s amazing to see so many people show up. Honestly wish I would have planned some things a little better so I could have gone. But all it really is is gun owners equivalent to pussy hat protestors. We look a lot cooler and certainly have the capability to be more dangerous, but in the end it’s just a big group of people showing up to bitch about how the other side is about to fuk them. (Except in the case of the pussy hat brigade, there weren’t actual laws being proposed and voted on for what they were bitching about. They were just bitching about what they THOUGHT people might propose)

House got broken in to the other night. First time it's ever happened. Heard a loud metal clanging/crashing noise (woke me up), first thing i did was grab the AR i keep in the closet in my upstairs room. No safe or anything just hide under some hung up shirts across a board so had it ready to roll within say 20 seconds of being woken up.

They must have heard my footsteps above (my room is technically right above the back door they busted in through).

Never saw the person/people but there were obvious signs of forced entry, including my side gate wide open you can tell they just bolted out (yeah yeah i didn't even have the lock on my side gate, i shouldn't have been so lazy).

Ended up clearing the house and backyard and called the fuzz. Made it clear i was safe and nobody is in the house and i'm armed so no hurry. They sent a police brah for a report/to check it out like 45min later.

Cop was cool he didn't even check my gun but of course i told him where it was and he could even see it as i pointed it out. He said it's no big deal 'they're more worried about the people who don't tell them these things' lol.
