yes sir, grabapuss. think I ordered on a friday and it arrived that monday. Too bad I had to wait 13 business days on a stated 5-10 business day wait time for the permit. If it stops raining I may go shoot some wwb the next day or two.

also got a stripped lower I'm going to build a .300blk 10.5" pistol on. I think. Research and parts shopping this weekend.

and bought a new (used) ride for commuting. no power windows or door locks or autopilot

The 43x is the best shooting small gun I’ve ever shot. No contest.

I was shooting drills with my 19. Brought like 300 rounds of S&B 124g with me because it was the last of my case. Brought some 115g Fiocchi too and it’s crazy how it takes some time to adjust to shooting fast. The Fiocchi was a lot softer so the slide felt slower and I had to change my timing up. So I guess the lesson is try to stick to one specific load.

I can pretty consistently shoot a 2.0 bill drill from low ready. Not all shots will be in the black on a B8 but they’re all on the scoreable target. If I slow down to like a 2.4 I can keep it all in the black.

Stick to one specific load if it's a match to what you carry. If not, use whatever and learn to just shoot what you need to.

What is the purpose of timing a specific drill if you count the time when you have misses? Pick a larger target to keep all shots on and make the scores (time) even, or slow down and hit every shot. There's no point to a "bill drill time" where you missed

I didn’t miss. The black on a B8 is a small target. I was keeping everything in the scoring zone which is still smaller than an A zone and that’s typically what bill drills are done on.

There’s a no fail bill drill out there made by Chuck Pressburg. All in the black on a B8 in 3 seconds. I can do that easily because I was doing that in 2.4-2.5.

about to buy my first AK tomorow. Guy is selling his converted Saiga 7.62 for $1300..including 8 mags, and it has been upgraded with Tapco internals, krebs customs key mod rail and houge rubber grip .....says its had about 1000 rounds thru it and in good condition. Anything i should be weary of or inspect before purchase?

(these are my opinions i am not a licensed broker by trade)

I’ve listened to most of that Cleared Hot Eddie Gallagher podcast too and I’m sorry but that dude sounds guilty. The story just sounds not really believable on his end. I mean why would everyone band together against him? Why would the Navy disown him and the NCIS treat him like a terrorist if he didn’t do anything? I mean, maybe he didn’t but I dunno.

Well, since I'm stuck at a completely 'square range' anywhere semi local...I have a tab up to print off the baer drill it looks good but I haven't yet.

Super Test (30 rounds, same B8, 10 at 15y in 15s, 10 at 10y in 10s, 10 at 5y in 5s, passing is 270+ or all 30 in the black depending on how difficult you want to make it

Best pistol safe for bed side table?

My old one's battery mechanism and keypad died. Can't leave manual key in since I have toddler running around. Need either keypad (preffered) or recs for great biometrics that will not freeze on me or not read my finger print in the middle of a home invasion. Thanks misc.

2017 kawkasuki ninja 300. lol. Have almost an hour commute on 2 lane road, no traffic. Think it will be GOAT commuter.
Old commuter, mazda b2500 (manual door locks, windows, trans) is on injured reserve. Not sure if I will fix it but it doesn't owe me anything. I despise a manual trans but other than it has been a reliable and useful vehicle.

No suppressor. They're useless to me, except for maybe on a hunting rifle. I do want to make one for funsies though.

7 yards. Makes sense why it’s the standard because 5 yards is too easy and 10 would be really hard unless you slow down a lot or you are a pro or something.

Those small quarterbore or so bikes are super good these days, srs. I wouldn’t think twice about getting something like that for that purpose.

I’m close to getting a CRF450L to rip up the dirt roads I live on. I’ve been without a bike for years. Got my first dirt bike when I was 7 and always had some type of bike. Worked in the industry and was a GM in the motorcycle business so it’s been kinda chitty. I’ve forced myself to let it go with the whole building a family thing but I miss bikes a lot.

ninja 300 was my first bike and what i learned to ride on. Was a great bike. Sold my Indian Scout Sixty about a month ago. Will get a new bike in a year or two, feels bad man not having one especially this time of year in AZ was 71* today

Found my grail bike last fall in the GSX-S1000F. Comfortable enough to ride all day but still fast as fuk. Can't wait for it to warm up.

300 blk is senseless w/o a suppressor. Take advantage of the round's capabilities.

IF I get back to VA this is what I plan on doing to the sig-braced pistol I have. SBR it, can, 300 blk for home use purposes.
