Dec 2015 I met Jim after D5 handgun class with Travis Haley. I didn't know who he was at the time, but he heard me telling Travis how much I enjoyed and learned from the class then Jim came up to me afterwards shook my hand and said "I'm glad you enjoyed the class". Lulz

One of my good friends, that I met at that class, is friends with Jim too

Don't look now, but he's tipping the judicial tilt around the country, and Ginsburg is not long for this Earth.

I'm at SCI Reno tomorrow, hoping his sons are there.

Right now we are in the hopeful phase but no concrete actions. If Trump wins we'll go into repeal NFA, then passing HPA, then at least he didn't take anything away phases (unless of course he does that again like bumpstocks)

It could be worse. I'll take Trump over what is happening in Virginia except on a national level. The only people who wouldn't are accelerationists

LOL Brah that was obviously a joke. I'm pretty sure at this point everyone knows that he ain't passing chit that will help us and the best we can hope for is him not to take anything away. The only part that was serious was that I would rather have him than what is going on in VA

I wish there was some way to break this lesser of two evils system

Yeah the lesser of two evils is a strong argument , unfortunately, since only two are electable and both are bad that's the best we have to go for.

The only way to break the cycle is Balkanization. The states with the most electoral votes absolutely want to butt fuk us when it comes to gun rights. Within the next 20 years a decision will have to be made.

I would like one of those guns but it’s a funny thing trying to polish a turd that is an AK47.

He sold the company years ago, he had been a consultant there for a while afterwards but stopped that recently. Think he's doing something with Haley next.

My buddy has a Rifle Dynamics akm, it was super duper nice, would want, but I think the nicest I'd buy with my own money is an Arsenal

They have some RD703 PBR rifle on their site that I guess is their like base, ready to ship rifle and it’s $1500. Not all that much more then an Arsenal and everything is probably fit all perfect and whatnot.

Pay grade E-8 = Master Sergeant (MSG)/1st Sergeant (1SG). MSGs are senior NCOs at the Battalion or higher level in functional/subject matter expert positions while 1SGs are the senior enlisted soldier at the company level responsible for welfare and training of the troops and advising the Company Commander.

Our Brigade Engineer Battalion (BEB) consists of the following Companies:

Headquarters and Headquarters Company (HHC)
Combat Engineer Company (×2)
Signal Network Support Company
Military Intelligence Company
Forward Support Company

In a Battalion or Higher Staff (which I will be moving to) you have 6 sections, each having an Officer In Charge (OIC) and a Non-Commissioned Officer In Charge (NCOIC)

S-1 = Personnel
S-2 = Intel
S-3 = Operations
S-4 = Supply and Logistics
S-5 = Plans
S-6 = Signal (communications)

The S-3 Ops section drives the operations of the BN. Taking the intent and orders from the BN Commander, and integrating the other sections into a planning process called MDMP to develop courses of action to present higher to command, and then implementing the COA decided on by the CDR

As the S-3 NCOIC I will be working with the OPS OIC on the above and other staff processes, and then driving implementation across the BN. Also directing the Operations NCOs at each Company.
