Bloatlord or lean.. There's no in-between

Genetics... I eat whatever food I want and don't gain fat, sloots be mirin the leaness while eating like a fatty. Of course I also do alot of running/swimming for cardio and make sure to have a balanced diet with fruits and vegetables included daily. I'm prepared for the fast metabolism to stall out as I get older though.

Of course we enjoy food, we just don't pig out on it constantly

-eat the right amount of calories
-work out a few times a week

That's all you have to do. It's not even hard to be lean. Being lean AND big is hard though

Probably mostly genetics.

I’m lean 365, I’ve had a 6 pack since I was 12.

I eat whatever I want and haven’t lifted weight in over 3 years, only play tennis 2-3x a week and I look almost the same as in my avi, just smaller. People think I lift regularly.

So, the answer is 99% genetics.

wtf is the point of lifting if you dont have abs?

genetics is a bull**** answer, many people have abs on here because they worked to be lean.

When I first started lifting I didn't give a chit about aesthetics and just wanted to get stronger. I bulked for years and finally had enough when it got hard trying to tie my damn shoes. I feel so much better being lean that I don't think I can ever go back. I've had abs at 2 points in my life. In my mid to late 20s I had abs from doing a chit ton of cardio and calesthenics (I only weighed about 160 or 170) and from October of 2019 to right now

Dude... I linked a thread with pics of myself in my mid 20 vs my mid 30s. Here is the link againhttps://forum.obnoxiousbrutes.com/showt...hp?t=177824801

Pics are in the first post. I didn't have abs when I was 15 but that was before camera phones. I looked pretty much just like I do in the 25 pics except younger

I would say what you walk around at from age 8 to 15 and particularly around 12 to 14 is your natural level.

You are just being dishonest by not saying every person has their basal level.

For example if you don't think Samoans naturally carry more fat you're dishonest.

How did they get so fat eating mostly fish and fruit?

I've posted a thread to refute this twice already. I was a skinny kid but still didn't have abs. I do now

I have abs even when I was 15-18% bodyfat, I store fat on my triceps and biceps in comparison to abs. Weird, always have abs in my entire life even when I was dirty bulking.

The downside is that my arm doesn't have definition unless I get to 12% or less in body fat.
