intermittent fasting is a cheat code to getting lean once you get used to it.

not the best for strength gaining but once you already have your base built getting lean is honestly the easy part, atleast for me.

Office had a big meeting, they ordered pizza for lunch and I'm like damn. Manage to find the calories per slice and ate 4 slices, totaled 1040. Didn't go over, feels kinda good. Almost ate leftovers today but stuck to my chicken

das it mane, das it. The key here is that it isonce. Your average McDick or Chicfila combo is about 1000 cals. That aint nuttin but a peanut. However, if you go there three times, breakfast lunch dinner or munch on poptarts and potatoe chips at home afterwards....RIP tours over

This is dumb. Anyone can get abs. All it takes is low body fat % and training your abs often.
You don't need juice or good genetics for it.

I think if you did honest self reporting here my numbers would be pretty close.

If you had abs at 12 you're very likely to have abs at 25

Tons and tons of people that get into bodybuilding were naturally lean their whole life and wanted to get bigger because the side effect of being naturally lean is being small.

Very wrong. I reached my lowest bf (10%) when I was 31 yrs old. Had the same 28" waist I had back in high school. It wasn't that hard honestly. Just gotta stay discipline. Nowadays with kids, working full-time and back in school I no longer have the time to stay that lean for now.

Burn off more calories than I eat.

No amount of ab work is going to help if your diet is in check. Unfortunately everyone is different so others might have to work harder than others.

people don't like to eat

people with abs are always thinking about controlling their diet. i was lean once but it was too much mentally for me to stay that way cause i love eating, prefer a moderate body. some fat but not too fat
