Slow MFC is slow.
How about some noob MFC shooting. Wait, wut? We shoot now?
Video taping is a pretty good tool. I see where I can improve my grip on my support hand. Thumb a bit too high, should have it more angled and forward. I was by myself, so I could NOT get the camera setup right. I'm mostly out of frame. Of well.
Kind of boring unless you really like watching noob shooting by a nobody.
Oh, I really got to practice the draw as soon as I hear the timer, rather than at the end of the timer. I do use random timer starts, but still.... or maybe I'm just getting old.
Forgot: Orpaz Level 2 Retention Holster

You can always put your own together, if you have training you can ignore everything I've put or am typing now, if not...basics for a trauma kit would be a TCCC approved tourniquet (usually north american rescue C-A-T but there are others), an emergency trauma dressing/israeli bandage, and a pair of vented chest seals. Bonus points for hemostatic gauze, again TCCC has a list, it starts with QuickClot combat gauze and variations thereof but also includes Celox and chito
"Pocket" kits are usually a SWAT-T (more of a pressure bandage than a legit TQ) and gauze you can try to use the swat-t as a TQ, or you can use it over the gauze as a pressure dressing.
Oh and gloves
If you have training for it, NPA and a tension pheumo needle

Doubt I will use 7.62 but grabbed 3https://gunmagwarehouse.com/asc-7-62...-magazine.htmlin case I ever do swap barrels on that ARAK 21, I have so much 5.56 and .223 and stick to it since I have 3 guns that use it already.
Should get here Monday (the ARAK), can't wait to take it to the range but likely wont until early march while I wait for all of the other things I ordered to come in. Pretty much spent $2300 to make this my dream gun. $1680 for the ARAK and $360 on the Holosun optic were most of the cost.

Had to simulate getting shot in the leg, holstering, apply TQ, then get up and continue course of fire last time, all while 2 Sgt.s poured water on me and one started throwing grass... Hard to not laugh while doing it, 'You're bleeding, you're dying, do something!'.

I mean it's like the best of everything CZ with the best pistol trigger ever in one package.
AND being put together by DW, so you know it's getting that all hand fit treatment. Seems like they will have to drop the ball big time for it to not be an incredible shooter.

Gun laws.
This would legit be a goat state otherwise. I think it's the lowest population growth state in the union or close to it.

I have several kits in different places now but my favorite for if I was only going to build one would be the DStac med pouchhttps://www.esstac.com/product-page/dstac-med-pouchit is a really nice size, big enough to hold all of the big guns but not any bigger than that, and tears away so you can have it mounted somewhere and just pull it away to bring elsewhere, have multiple mounts for it, whatever.
Mine has a 6" Israeli, shears, QuikClot Combat Gauze (3"x4y), 4x gloves, 2x Hyfin vented chest seals, and a few tiny boo-boo things hidden in the back. It's comfortably 'full' but not over. CAT can go in the elastic on its front but is better elsewhere solo and open access
