Correct. Should have used our superior technology and air power to scorch the entire peninsula into the stone age. That would have been going all in and is a war winning strategy.

It's a war. It's not supposed to be pretty. If your opponent doesn't want to suffer the consequences they can surrender.

In all honesty, America has declined tremendously. Growing up in the 80’s everything stateside seemed glamorous and full of opportunity. Wall Street, LA, films and music, food etc etc. A lot of the world really did look up to you.
Just doesn’t seem to be the case anymore, and that’s coming from someone who meets and talks with a lot of you and visits quite often. Not just a Trump thing either. I guess it’s the extremes of wealth, the lack of embarrassment of having people visible on Skid Row in every major city as Bentleys roll past, plus Middle East foreign policy, growing Asian economic influence etc.
