Make it one size bigger and id rock that ****. Can confirm looks aesthetic as fuk
The upper chest/collor bone showing makes it try hard.

I don't wear that, I just posted it to show generally how clothes should fit and how a respectable physique looks in them. I agree with you

However, a strict change of lifestyle, dropping alcohol to 0, exercising daily plus perfect nutrition will completely change your look and people will hardly recognize you in 6 months time. The choice is yours, at least i know what id do if i was in your situation.

You have a good looking face, its such a shame to put a handicap on yourself with that body you carrying.
I don't drink smoke or do drugs. I haven't been drunk since 1991 or 1992.

I was strict as phuck for 8 months and only got to 17 percent before the season started. Once the season starts it's hard to maintain even tho we walk 17 to 35,000 steps a day and are constantly picking up stuff all day long.

in theory, but you're obviously consuming way more calories than you're burning.

That's the thing I shouldn't be. We get up I drink 16oz of milk have 1 hotel biscuit and 6 small links or 6 to 10 strips of bacon.

Then lunch 6" subway grill chicken double meat bag of baked lays. Dinner 24 oz porterhouse from texas salad and broccoli with 2 or 3 rolls but I save the filet side of the steak.

Next morning eat the filet in the hotel and drink 2 milk.

Then maybe hunan chicken lunch special with fried rice

Dinner will be somewhere but I try to limit even tho we are exhausted.

It's difficult if you eat too little you become a liability to the team and could hurt someone.

I had this 21yo skinny Ichabod Crane looking motherphucker let go of one of those armoires on the stairs while I was on the low end going up.

I was able to hold it till help came but lots of guys would have gone down the stairs backwards with it crushing them.

1. You posted your diet before. It was all processed and pure crap. If I had to eat on the road 24/7 and wanted to remain lean I'd find a grocery store that sells bagged salad and a rotisserie chicken or the one's that sell those little sushi trays. Etc. Don't eat processed food man.

2. Body-fat percentage is kind of irrelevant and is usually wrong. In your pics you *look* closer to 30% body-fat. It doesn't really matter if they are telling you its 17%, if you look twice that much.

3. Your job may be tiring from moving furniture up stairs all day long but its relatively low intensity and its unlikely your heart rate is at an adequate range doing it to count as cardio. For comparison on my side hustle I walk between 5-6 miles wearing 30lbs worth of gear. I do not consider that to be my 'cardio' for the day. (7 hour period). Heart rate simply never breaks 100BPM.

maybe nix the milk, biscuits, bread rolls, rice, and nix the Baked Lay's too - they are not healthy - they're loaded with sugar and processed - look at the ingredients - better to eat real potato chips instead. stick to proteins and veggies and avoid all the carbs and sugar. have you had your Testosterone tested? i think a mostly Paleo diet would do wonders for you if you could stick with it. you have a hard job and travel lifestyle though - tough for anyone.

yeah i hear you. just try to avoid all the carbs/grains and sugar. maybe throw an extra $20 out of your own pocket per day to eat better. consider it an investment in your health and sex appeal.

Where do you get this stuff? I have always maintained that I built my physique naturally. I was benching over 315lbs naturally in my late 20โ€™s and NEVER touched drugs. I tore my rotator at 28 and stop the power lifting business...I went to working on just building a nice physique at that point. It has been years of hard work & constant dieting only to have people claim it must be drugs...

What most of you don't understand is when we are on the road we typically have one van. So you either eat with the team or you get delivery. There aren't always grocery stores near the hotel.

Then the last day is typically terrible cause most guys want to get home.

For example a couple weeks ago we did a job in Indianapolis. It was tough and went bad. At lunch the closest place was hardee's I got 2 grilled chicken sandwiches. I walked 27k steps carrying furniture.

Then we leave indy at 530pm local. The guys want to get home. They aren't getting back until 330am if we don't stop at all so taco bell gets the vote cause it's quick.

They drop me and one other guy in Tennessee and the guys don't get home till 5am. That's a hard 23hr day for them.

Or for example they drove straight thru from Minneapolis after work. Only food was whatever was at the gas stations along the way.

So we often don't have the luxury of time, choice, transportation.

Sometimes you just eat to fuel for the next day.

I do what I can. The season is tough for cutting.

I'm so sorry! I made a terrible mistake. I post on my phone only and someone with a similar build to you posted this in a thread you also were posting in.

Sadly not usually the case, which is why 90% of non natties in the gym youd never know unless they told you. But I made myself wait until I could bench 315 before losing my natty cherry.

Please accept my sincere apology.
