However, a strict change of lifestyle, dropping alcohol to 0, exercising daily plus perfect nutrition will completely change your look and people will hardly recognize you in 6 months time. The choice is yours, at least i know what id do if i was in your situation.

You have a good looking face, its such a shame to put a handicap on yourself with that body you carrying.

You can't eat out every meal and buy all the drinks you need for 24 hrs a day for much under 40 unless you eat pure garbage.

That's a paint rub on the back on an unfinished side.

The unfinished side goes flat against the wall and paint runs wipe off with a damp cloth.

I was in the military so you can imagine how big of a chunk $128 was to me at that time.

Yep! I believe the lack of money back then was the best reason for my success! Just training & eating on a budget!

A lot of grocery stores sell whole rotisserie chickens for $5.00-7.00. Most sell basic side dishes ready to go with it. If not you can easily buy a salad kit ready to go which should last for two meals. A lot of grocery stores also sell little sushi trays for about $10.00. Chain supplement stores (Planet nutrition for example) are starting to sell healthy meal prep. meals. Hell, even some restaurants/cafe's do that now. Or in a lot of cities there are meal prep. companies that will sell a single to-go serving meal or enough for the day. They are healthy with macro's measured out. If you can't find those on the road you can always go with a major meal prep. company and just bring your meals in an ice-chest and use a microwave at any gas station to heat them up. For $40.00 per day you can eat extremely healthy. Spend a bit on a small ice chest and you can easily tote food and water for the day.

I've spent 10-12 hours per day in a vehicle for the last 10 years. You can't bull**** your way through this one man. If you want to eat right its not really hard. ESPECIALLY if you have $40.00 per day to spend on food.

If your working on the road there is 0 reason to buy gas station food, fast food or processed crap.

Bruh we have all the information we will ever need on Intermittent Fasting and Prolonged fasting and people are still arguing about eating?

Lmao, just skip breakfast, eat lunch + dinner.. Go to a super market and pick up a chicken + a bag of sallad and some cottage cheese. You'll be stuffed even at a calorie deficit, eating for like 10 dollars per day?

Just lol at people making food hard in 2020.
