Dont confuse North London with central. Brb live in Croydon.
Lets be frank. Doctors in the UK work a north american tempo, yet dont earn a north american doctors salary. That says it all tbh.

Again, you are comparing everything to London, which i never disagreed with. Its a juggernaut of a city.

Not being cynical or anything, but just comparing things.

Oh and one major thing. How the fuuk do you not have network signal on trains??! Ive been to eastern european countries with 4g everywhere whereas in the UK oh my lord.
UK food is genuinely the best in the world.

We have cusiine from every nation on earth and even have English classics. American food is the cheapest chit imaginable, the reason why you're all obese and disgusting is because you eat garbage. I was wondering what grass fed beef meant, after hearing Americans blab on about it... why do you need a distinction... because all of our beef is grassfed whilst yours is fed on corn syrup garbage.

People can chit on British food, but I have travelled the world and haven't seen anywhere with the variety and quality of British food.

The EU can't have Scotland, the Scots do not get a referendum.

London is not impressive in fact it is one of the worst places in the UK.

lol this is ironic. We just elected the most technocratic and forward thinking government in the world.

You on the other hand have an over spending idiot in Trump and he will be followed by Bernie Sanders, a socialist who's going to annihalate your economy.

You have no right to say anyone is going down hard when you have 23 Trillion in debt.

you can't count "cuisine from every nation on earth" as UK food. that's called diversity. And it sounds like your measure of American food is bottom of the barrel fast food. Which, while symbolic of America, is by no means the best American food you can get lol.

Yes, a nation of 330million people is gonna need factory farming vs a nation of 66million. Only thing I've ever enjoyed that was authentically British is beef wellington, since we're using personal experience to validate our arguments.

How does it invalidate it?

If you said the only food you could get in the UK 200 years ago, then you'd have a point. We can get any food from around the world and usually it's better here than in their home countries.

Not only do we have tonnes of ethnic cuisine, we have high end restaurants and we have traditional pub foods. In addition our low cost foods are a higher standard than other nations.

Guess what a lot of the world eats food with barely any hygiene requirements, or in the case of the US it is so altered with hormones and chemicals that it is damaging to your health.

UK's easily a better place to live compared to U.S, all of the violence here is over-rated by the media.

Everyone ****ting on the UK about gangs etc and no go zones. A lot of those stats are high in places like Northern Ireland and Glasgow where there is still sectarianism issues.

Any UK city besides the mega urban area that's London is miles safer than any U.S city.

It's not a justification I just studied the crime stats of the two not long ago so figured I'd chip in. Theres a lot of stories which claim London is now just as dangerous as NY but in reality it's more that NY has become much safer.

Because we are talking about local foods. Go to any big city anywhere and you will have worldly variety.

UK is fat as phuck lol at not damaging your health.

Im not American so im not even leaning to one side or another, but i have lived in both. UKers are so similar to Americans in personality and they dont even realise it

You said "UK food is genuinely the best in the world" then go on to say you have cuisine from every nation, and "even have English classics"

cuisine from every nation =/= UK food. Had you said "food in the UK" that would be more acceptable. semantics I know, but could easily be twisting the narrative to support your argument.

But if we are including ethnic foods, the US has plenty of great ethnic food as well, particularly as you enter the major cities. Just like we have plenty of high end restaurants and "Traditional pub foods"

It;s a great point, the amount of violence in the US is absolutely shocking. I don;t think I could lvie somewhere that is so violent and dangerous.

Ok, you're talking to the wrong guy. I think traditional English food is delicious and some of the best cuisine in the world.

Obviously in a globalised world i don't eat English food every meal, but there are some great dishes:
- English Breakfasts
- Sunday Roast
- Shephards pie
- Cottage Pie
- Steak and kidney pie
- Beef wellington
- Black Pudding
- Fish and Chips
- Many deserts

In addition a lot of meals just considered traditional western food originate from the UK. Like a steak dinner.

A lot of violence on bystanders in U.S compared to UK.

Theres a lot organised crime but it's not like you can get shot for having an argument in the pub. Some tramps may knick your phone on the way home however, that's just life in any urban environment though.

And nobody can argue against the fact that British police are far superior to U.S officers.

lots of countries have mountains with rivers running past it, but no country has the Grand Canyon

That's kinda Britains fault as well tbh.

We can also take some of the blame for the Israeli/Palestine border issues as well as the issues between India, Pakistan and Bangladesh. Old British dudes just love ****in with maps, should be proof to you Americans that you can still bully around foreign countries without pissing away half of your entire federal budget on bombs.

The U.S has a higher median(not average) home income than the U.K
See:https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Median...ome_by_country

This means that the average American is wealthier than the average British person

Scotland runs a huge deficit paid for by the English, it wouldn’t meet any fiscal rules set by the eu.

The two trains I’ve been on last month, southern and great north west, both had wifi. Certain most or all other networks do as well

Have you even been to the US?

Dude... in my hillbilly honkey tonk city of Houston i can get world class cuisine from any part of the globe. That pretty much applies to any major city in this country. You might be the first foreigner that I've ever heard bitch about the food options in this country. Every single foreigner I've met can't get enough of all the options and mega portions of food.
