I stopped lifting 3 years ago. Lost like 20lbs (my heaviest was avi @ 160lbs lol)

Signed up to gym again last week, this is how i look like now

yeah my arm basically looks the same, haven’t changed my avi for years cuz it’s just pretty well known by now, would change to new arm pic if ever managed to add more impressive size but seems like my limit is 16” and been that size for years

Mine is from last Wednesday, so yes.

One thing I've noticed about avatars on bb.com is that these little guys are masters of illusion. They find perfect lighting and angles to make them look lean and muscular, but then when you see a picture of them in context, they're just skinny and don't look like they lift.

And there's nothing wrong with that if that's what you look like, but these illusionists are the first ones talking chit about others.

Lmao yeah I was having trouble getting on the PSMF wagon again for a few months. But in all honesty, I've managed to get it right for the last two weeks, so I'm sitting at 214 from 225 and I'm pretty pleased about it. Granted I am certain a big portion of that is water weight.

I just don't want to cut any longer than I have to

Also looks likeyourcut has been going really wellKeep it up. You've been doing mad good lately.
