- Friend says he was quarantined this week because a coworker was exposed to coronavirus

- Coworker had fever 101.9, CDC tested him for flu, flu positive

- CDC did not test for Covid19 after positive flu test, CDC removes quarantine

- CDC gives our friend and all coworkers Tamiflu let's everybody go home

-Friend tells me all of this AFTER dinner, which was home based buffet style salads

If me, my wife, or our friends get the virus I will post the full details. I learned a lot about the CDC procedures (they wouldn't let him tell his wife he was quarantined).

Did I mention....These are people who dealt with the quarantined patients at Lackland in San Antonio.

A home gym setup makes too much since right now. Wouldn't be shocked if some gyms close temporary soon due to panic.

There are deaths in my city from it. Im still going to the gym, not licking the bench or my hands. These brahs buying home gyms etc are still going to go outside, unless people are disinfecring their clothes or have a decontamination chamber that virus will get inside. It can live on surfaces which easily include skin,clothing,hair,shoes. Enjoy decontaminating EVERYthing every time you return home.

I actually do decontaminate wverything. Phone, keys, wallet. I leave my shoes/socks at the entrance along with my coat. I throw away my nitrile gloves. My pants and shirt go in the hamper.

Theres no doubt my floor and coat may have the virus, and that the top of my hamper may have it, but I wash my hands 20+ times a day and think about every single thing i’ve touched before putting my hand on my face. I disinfect my doors or kitchen cabinet handles if I suspect I’ve spread germs on there. I live alone and Im self quarantined and go out once a day during non peak hours if I need to, in my car.

I even consider all the food i’ve recently bought to have their containers contaminated so I take that into account as well.

I doubt I will get the virus. Only way is if I forget to decontaminate something and then touch my face. Theres no way I’m going to get it from a person coughing on me.
