Some bitch at my work came back from Venice a week ago then was off all last week ill, decided to come in yesterday even though she was still ill and didn’t get sent home until lunchtime today. What a stupid kunt, and she was on the desk beside me and I’m now pissing snot out of my nose with a fever, swear I wanna twat that ignorant cow. And we're now officially over 1,000 cases. We're nearly doubling every 3 days - and that's with a lack of testing.
We will be in the same boat Italy is in in about 2 weeks.

The biggest complaint is lack of tests, which was mainly caused by defects and manufacturing issues they had no control over.

I think that had to be a mistake of some type. The 48 million hospitalized/480,000 dead sounds like the ongoing 1% CFR.

I'm not sure where the 96 million came from. I believe the AHA slide that has been circulating said a third of people in the US would be infected? That would be more than 96 million.

I heard that number early on, but I think it was inre ference to multiple flu seasons. The bigger worry was this fall when flu season renews. Let's hope we have at least 6 months to prepare and not a huge spike this spring. World economy is basically looking to see which way America goes.
