Even here though, if you are poor on foodstamps you automatically get setup with a health insurance plan every quarter. Or people can go to psych wards and get evaluated for disability if you are that retarded.

Main difference is number of deaths and quite frankly if a nursing home wasn't one of the first spots in the US to go critical the death rate would probably be substantially lower.

US health services are fine. In fact our actual health care is the best in the world. Theyre referring to "free" healthcare. Healthcare is always administered. But if you dont have health insurance in the US, you pay out of pocket. Even if you cant pay, you still receive care.
