just saw the news CA gov instituted the mandatory stay at home policy and if you're caught out without good reason it can be a misdemeanor...lmao. might have to pack it in and go home with a stop at petco to grab some pupper chow.

EDIT: apparently real estate, while not considered essential, is not closing down because county recorders are still open, as are title companies, so transactions can still be closed. someone get over here and mozambique me pls

Happy Friday homies. It's PAYDAY!

I find it funny how many people are freaking out about having to be around themselves for a few weeks. There's some serious problems with us if we can't learn to live like this. Just imagine what would happen if an extended threat where to hit us - like the Zombie Apocalypse?

I'm home all day, alone - husband works in a hospital so he doesn't get to work from home. It's been kinda nice not having to change out of my comfy clothes or take a shower until late morning, early afternoon. What's not nice is my finance class is going to kill me. 3.87% GPA, I'm pretty sure I'm going to get a B in this class which will drop it to like 3.6%. So much math.

Me too! We're going to pull out equity and pay off two of our properties. We're waiting for refi rates to drop to about 2.5%. That would be SWEET.

Happy Friday! I'm still working, but the drive to and from work is pretty darn light (kind of nice, really).
I live in the New Socialist Republic of Virginia, so it's probably just a matter of time until Bloomberg's boy shuts down our state. Until then, this place won't close unless it goes out of business. Even then I'm not so sure, lol.

Yea, I do. He asked for a N95 mask and his boss said no. lol. Those yellow masks do chit for stopping an infection if someone coughs/sneezes in your face.

He undresses in the garage and hits the shower immediately after coming home, so I guess we should be okay. If not, it is what it is. All we can do is take preventative measures. My sister also works for a hospital, she's got 3 kids, so I worry about them too.

Yup. Theyre about to dip into the 3.9x territory for 30 year. Im actually kind of annoyed because i was about to refi my rental in VA and make it turn green. Guess ill wait.
