Just need a little bit of a recovery and ill be selling stonks and refinancing the rental. Cant wait to put that money in pocket every month and then buy others.

Sorta over here chuckling about it knowing how bad ours is here in New York. Theyre all whining because we may shut down and they wont get paid. Sorry gents, you know what you were getting into.

Theres a time and place for unions, and my opinion is that they should be much smaller/less controlling than they were 80 years ago. They were valid when we were putting guys in legit dangerous AF situations and no one up top cared.

I've had it in a cocktail that a local joint makes. They basically make a white Russian with it but sub in the cold brew jameson and some coffee.

Just got an Amazon truck load of computer stuff, homeschool starts next week.

And somebody should start a Quarantini recipe thread, what do you mix with when you run out of mix.

Im slowly getting to this point. Got a vodka/tonic poured. And it *might* be half and half. Polar (think it's local to the area) makes really good flavored/0 cal seltzer. Lime in the hopper.

Wife had a weird encounter today walking the dogs with the kids. Backstory, had a dude approach my boss in the parking lot (female, imagine if Natasha Nice had a chubbier older sister) and asked for her number so they could 'hang out.' Long story short got a creepy savant vibe, he was younger and a bigger athletic dude. He later came in and apparently was expecting her and as soon as he saw me got all nervous and did a 360 outta there. I'd recognized him as a dude I've seen around the neighborhood walking the dogs.

Anyway, wife had the kids and dogs on a walk today and on the way back to the house, same dude comes up from behind and said to my wife 'oh good day for a jog' and started running...it was apparent to her that he went out of his way to catch up to them. I think the dude might be an autist but still doesn't remove any potential for harm. One of our clients at work is a cop and gonna see if we can get a scoop...also going to try and aware neighbors in his preferred demographic when I can.

Yuuuup. I look at it like...well...i didnt go out Friday/Sat night and i usually spend 50-60 when i do at minimum. So. *shrug*


Ok house painting question. With the finished basement, my house is essentially split level. So my entryway is "tall" and cant really reach up to the ceiling. Is there something out there to help me cut in the edges? Really dont want to buy another ladder just to get to this corner.
