this same thing tore through my office in mid january and into February. It kept some out of work which is unusual but no one died

About 3-4 weeks ago some super aggressive, roid raging virus went through my workplace. Nasty cough, fatigue, and a sore throat that lasted 2 weeks. One of my coworkers was hospitalized and put on a ventilator.

This was just a short time before the media frenzy, and we were testing negative for the flu and being told “it’s just some other nasty virus”. I know this virus allegedly “just showed up here” last week (Northeastern Pennsylvania), but there are a lot of claims it’s been here since November. Who knows.
