Still struggling with the whole working out at home thing. It’s so much more of a mental battle than a physical battle. Gotta have a very good imagination and internal motivation when you don’t have weights and the couch and quarantine snacks are a room away.
Imagine this **** being over a month from now though and you have to go back to work, and you wasted this free time watching Netflix and glued to the news worrying like a fool.

Exactly what I was thinking today, lol @ letting this be an excuse to lose months of your life.

Gonna use this time to train, eat clean, use my computer and phone to learn languages, neuroscience, other interests... Read books instead of bitching on social media about quarantine.

Didn't really like working out at home at first, still would prefer being at the gym but getting used to it.

Agreed. Prefer the gym but getting used to this situation. In fact for some reason I'm more hyper focused on the workouts. Maybe because of less distractions but the concentration sure feels good.

Man I've slept on jump roping. Pulled one I bought recently out of hibernation and used it after the weights session for some cardio. So much sweat and heart pumping. Felt like the fat was melting.

People are seriously sleeping on calisthenics and light weight dumbbells. You're right about legs tho. Feel like i need to research some good ways of hitting legs.

^Nice set up brah! Mirin foresight of having weights at home.

Finally got some additional protein, to cover me during the gainpocolypse:
Spoiler!

I'm waiting for a speed rope that amazon will be sending me tomorrow, and will see if I can't add that to my morning cardio.

I've got adjustable DB's that go up to 40lbs and a 65lb Kettlebell. It gets the job done, but honestly, if any brahs need a quick push workout this is what I'm running:
4X10 Pushups
4x20 Side 2 Side Pushups
4x12 One Arm Assisted (Use a block) (6 Each Side)
4x10 Close Grip 2 Wide Grip (1 Rep is both close grip & wide grip, so it's really like 20)
4x10 Incline Pushups
4x10 Bear Pushups (Push yourself back up into a squat position)
4x10 DB Chest Flyes
4x10 Side Lateral Raise
4x10 Kettlebell OHP

And this is the current back split:
4x10 Pullups (using the side of my deck)
5x10 DB Shrugs
5x10 DB Reverse Flyes
5x10 Kettlebell Rows
5x10 DB Pullovers
5x10 Kettlebell Good Mornings

So now we're allowed to go out for a walk/run as long as we have a permit (downloadable online) and ID on us (you both the permit and ID for everything, even going out shopping for food). Good thing as the streets are basically empty and running is much more enjoyable than burpees.
