But for real my *******s. All leagues should be null and void for this season. This virus gonna have us in quarantine for months. No way we finish off the season before summer. It wouldn't be fair to keep the table as it stands with regulation battles that were ongoing, top 4 still not being decided, and whatever other stuff that shouldn't matter at a time like this. Not a bad idea. Problem is there’s certain teams that are quarantined atm. In Serie A especially. I guess in 2 weeks when all players are cleared it could work. But some players and manager have tested positive. Is it fair to have the games go on anyways? Even if a team has their manager or certain players with Cov-19 that can’t play? It’s a tough situation.

they just need to postpone the EUROs to next year

the WC22 is in winter anyway so why not

that way we can finish the national leagues if we're lucky enough for the situation to get better quick (let's hope)

It's either that or cutting the season altogether.

Given the information I'm getting from doctors in my direct environment, people in my branch, people working for the EU, government officials I've talked to the last few days... We're looking at a total lockdown in most European countries within 3-4 days. People are acting retarded as fuk, not following the rules, ... They're basically expecting troubles up until June(for now) and hoping they can keep it away from the most fragile people and having enough cured/immune people by then. It's starting to look pretty bad. They are preparing triage centres. We're not in deep water yet, but we're starting to get there. The economic shockwave is huge already.

So we're basically going to be fukked almost up until the pre-season. We're not going to have the time to resume and finish our seasons so we might as well just play. It's either that or we have to adapt this seaon AND next season's calendar.

We could use some asian discipline. South Korea, Hong Kong are just laughing at the west tbh. They are given a set of rules, people follow em and they are way more succesful at beating the virus and spread.

in Germany they're talking about not allowing fans to attend games untill there is a vaccin, which could take 1,5 years

if that's the case no doubt the other countries will follow

I've been attending my local team every week or 2 weeks (don't do all the away games anymore) since 1996 so that would be quite the withdrawal lmfao

let's hope it doesn't come to that though...

The last memory we will have of Liverpool this season was them getting devoured by Atletico Madrid.
