Now that we’re quarantined, we have become much more mindful not to waste any food(only doing curbside pickup and there’s a 4-5 day wait so it almost feels like there’s not a lot of food available )
Now Realize how much we used to waste

Weekly expenses coming in at least 50% less than normal
Trash can isn’t nearly as full on trash pickup day

Strangely enough, my net worth may go up over this time

Yeah I really like doing chicken, moisture really retains nicely. Might try a whole bird sooner or later.

For us it's only been a week but not eating out, we've been going thru a lot more than normal, and that's with just going out on weekends.

im 14 days into it and am craving some takeout food

Had to take one of my cats to the vet, not eating or drinking
Vet had curb side pickup too, take the animal in and you get a call from the vet
Gave credit card info over the phone , they come drop the cat off next to your car
Wiped cap down with Clorox wipes when I go home

Now, another cat of mine has a huge open gash on its head and it stinks of infection

Traeger here. I've done 180, 225, & 250. All pretty much turned out the same with good smoke flavor. Did 350 once and it was like a normal roasted bird in the oven.
The trick is to make sure you get them with the skin on. Skinless are too easy to dry out.

It depends. For Bone in breasts, I set is at 195, so it will take about 3.5 hrs. Wings were 225 for 2 hrs I think.

Don't have a smoker at home, but when I was running the BBQ place in my younger years it was 225 on the pits to cook. 175 for overnight smoking of briskets.

I just have the middle sized one. Works fantastic so far. I don't have any experience with the other brands so can't compare. Mines the older version with no bluetooth or much other fancy additions. Just set the temp and run. I usually get the pellets from Costco.

How ya holding up fellas? Our governor issued stay in place orders yesterday. Fortunately my favorite sporting goods store is essential. Gonna head down there today and buy some essential bait and take the kids fishing. Hopefully have some bbq bass for dinner.

Yum. I could prob fly out there right now for cheaper than driving across town.

Pretty sure my gun range is still open. It's a keyed access place with no employees. Guns and ammo sales are considered essential so I'm going to assume so is shooting them.

This whole thing stinks. I've never been so skeptical. I think at this point, there have been several that have said the mortality rate are actually in-line with the flu now.

When this is all said and done, and numbers come back far less than the actual flu, who do we get to come after for lost wages, lost jobs, and lost retirement?

China. Just the more i see crap and read things and have coworkers who get essentially laughed at when they want to get tested....im becoming skeptical. If anything, it should be the opposite where at risk people stay in. If i was in VA i would just be staying away from my mid 70 year old parents. And theyre staying in as well.

And ive been doing more "management" of the stonks lately than i ever have. Goal is to exit this chit on a rocket ship of cash.
