I know what you mean! Dont know where you are from but there is a resturaunt chain around calledCracker Barrelthat makes "country food" and do breakfast food all day. I dont know how they make their pancakes (i should ask my brother because he was the GM at the one here in town) and theirs have the crispy edges. I would assume they do them en masse on the typical flat top that you find in commercial kitchens but i also think they might do them in cast iron skillets

I used to live in NC, Cracker Barrel was HUGE over there haha. My parents dragged me there all the time. They were really famous for their country fried steak... though I've never had pancakes from there before. I'll have to report back dude, thanks for the info! Time to put on my detective hat.

I wanted something different though, I think it's delicious and not nasty at all... but my tastes are different so I just eat whatever tastes good to me

The reeses seem a little big, I would chop them up a bit and sort of throw them over the pancakes instead of having them whole. But looks good mane.
