I feel like big fans of Aventus won't like it though. It's very fresh and clean (fresh shower) smelling but it's really simple. I feel like most aventus fans bust their nut on the strong pineapple opening too much to entertain a frag like AC.

Thankfully I have an almost full bottle of the 2012 perfection so I wont even fuk around with this ON 2.0.

I some news for you pal, this is my SECOND bottle of 2012 La Nuit. Before I got roped into this game La Nuit was my one and only fragrance I wore. Year around, every season, every day, every occasion. I wore every drop of that 100ml myself. It wasn't until I went to reup and bought another bottle that I learned it had been reformulated, which sent me on a wild mission to find another 2012 batch.

But yes, it pains my soul to know even 3 or 4ml of this heavenly juice is sitting in darkninja's panty drawer collecting dust.

When the world opens back up and I can safely return to the post office, maybe I'll send you some because I know you'll appreciate it.

Kyle Chase on the AF page does a video review. He has Clone V1, Clone V2 and la nuit 2018.

He says the new clone is a bit harsh on opening but it's better than the first version.

Comparing the new clone to his 2018 la nuit though, just based on his reactions you could clearly tell he prefers the original even though it's a 2018 batch. He says the scents are a little different but in the air they're close. But like I said sometimes that harshness especially in the opening is enough to make you feel a little put off. When he sprayed himself with his la nuit he nearly creamed himself and said "It's not the same, that opening...no".
I'll be cool with my 2015 version. I've been saying it..... La nuit is magic in a bottle and it just can't be cloned.
