1. They would have had just cause to open his door by force-they have to be very careful when doing so.
2. We do have special armed officers, but they don't go out to these sort of calls. Regular officers do however have pepper spray, baton & a taser which can be lethal. Don't forget other than street criminals nobody else has access to live guns in the UK-so he isn't going to intimidate them-if he picks up a knife he just gets electrocuted or sprayed.

Had this happen to me a decade ago when we were apartment dwellers. Wife and I had a good shag earlier in the evening and were laying in the bed naked sleeping when a pounding on the door started at 1:30am. Woke up disoriented and alarmed and threw on pants. Didn't even have time for a t-shirt. Look out and its A cop telling me to open the door because they have a report that someone is trying to hurt themselves in our apt.
I open the door and there are 3 other cops flush against the wall down the hallway hiding. My wife is now out wrapped in our sheet and these guys are demanding to be let in to check it out. I argue with them and the other cops seem to be understanding and telling him let's go that this doesn't look right. But he demands to be let in and to look around. They mention the person in question's name in the exchange and leave. At the time I lived at 100 E George street in like apt 601. I did 5 minutes of Googling the next day and find the guy's name and address as 104 E George apt 601.
I'm the first one to give the police a lot of credit and room to work as I understand the complexities of their job, but F off with this kind of crap and how they always assume the person they are talking to is a criminal and a moron.

He described what police there are entitled to do, per the video in this thread. Your response was 'fu*k off with your cuckery'. It is called "law enforcement". It wasn't clear that you understand the role of law enforcement in society.

So I posted a funny video of law enforcement for your edification. If this rustles you how aboutyoufu*k off withyourcuckery.

law enforcement, they are supposed to enforce the law not break and enter. They go there based off of a report of something, they see or hear no sign of that happening yet they break down the door.

How do you know what they saw, considering the video starts after the door is broken and they are entering?

Hint: you don't. We have been over this in the thread already FYI.

Here we go again. Sounds like you sucked a lot of kok in prison. EE master race my balls - flat earth mental midget from the sounds of it. You're not in a position to know what the police saw/heard/ or were told during the call before the video started. You jump to conclusions because you're a mental midget with authority issue problems.

worst case scenario, they heard someone was getting beaten/raped in there, neighbor says they are hearing.

Police show up, knock on the door and get silence. That's not reasonable cause to break down the dudes door.

Police did not 'knock on the door and get silence' - the guy says (in the video) that he told them he's denying them their right to verify the call of a disturbance because of coronavirus and social distancing.

The fact that you did not even understand this part of the video shows that the underlined is pretty much about you.

'cuckery', 'boot licking', '1984' - all signs in this thread of infantile mental midgets who lack an understanding of the valuable role that law enforcement plays in modern society.

You think you look strong by supporting people with unchecked power, but your feminine appeal to authority arguments just make you look weak. Police aren't going to go easy on you because you are sucking their dick on the internet. They will treat you more harshly because they see that you are a spineless weak coward who has convinced himself that cops are actually good for a society, and that they protect the innocent more than the guilty. if they cant prove a disturbance or not that's their issue, if they hear a disturbance from outside the door then by all means sure. Refusing to open the door doesn't give them the right to knock down your door.

That's why we have police raids used as a weapon and innocent people getting killed or abused by the police. Aren't they supposed to investigate it, like looked or listen for signs of something

Police will tell you they need to do a full cavity search and you'd gladly oblige, but but they got a call you were hiding drugs there, let them investigate, right

The flat earth brigade are out in force today. Someone had called in a disturbance to the police, who were checking it out. You're not capable of reading threads or understand facts, so why do you post?

I know they saw nothing because the dude has no windows to where the police approached. I know they saw nothing because when they looked inside they found nothing, hence there's nothing.

How can you dispute those two facts, they saw nothing. And you have the nerve to call others retards when you clearly let someone that barely made it out of highschool order you around like a little punk.

How can you dispute those two facts, they saw nothing. And you have the nerve to call others retards when you clearly let someone that barely made it out of highschool order you around like a little punk.
Sigh. '...let someone....order me around' - that's what I mean about your issues with authority. You come across like a 14 year old boy who was caught stealing and now hates cops forever. Or a dipchit who speeds on side streets and gets ticketed and thinks cops should 'mind their own business'. That's how I know you're retarded, see? With reason.

Furthermore: you do not know how the police approached - you simply see them at the front door to his domicile and his front door is broken in. You do not know what information was conveyed to them on the phone in terms of risk/threat/disturbance; all you have as your 'facts' are 'door kicked in' 'guy didn't want it' and that (coupled with your repeated 'cok sucker' 'cavity search' bs) shows your infantile, mental midget status.

So, yeah, I have the nerve to call a spade a spade. And I'm right - how very unfortunate for you.

solid assessment you got nothing right. I'm an independent man, I take care of myself and dont need to call police to handle chit I can take care of. I'm not a child like yourself that needs guidance and needs to be told what to do all the time to function. Just an FYi at 39 I've got one speeding ticket, never been arrested or had any interactions with cops so drop the hannibal lecter impersonation

Fact is they found nothing, if they found nothing then there was nothing happening, so how did they get reasonable suspicion if NOTHING was happening. Please explain that genius

Look, again folks. He equates 'found nothing' (after the verification took place) with 'having no right to verify' (which they do - they kicked the guy's door in and he's going to have to pay for it). The video in the OP is hosted on a 'flat earth' Youtube channel.

I don't give a chit what you claim about your personal situation - I state, factually, what you're doing here talking all the time about sucking dikk, cavity searches, and having people 'order you around'. These are your own posts - own them. They are in this thread so you can't start crying that I'm 'digging' through your post history like that moron did yesterday.

you're going off on ridiculous tangents now. Yes I posted you're a kok sucker and you want to get bottomed out by the police, because you completely come off that way.

I was referring to your assessment of an ex inmate, speeds on side streets type garbage, just because police should be held to a certain standard. I never stated anything about you digging through posts or anything else, I dont know why or where you're going with that.

Lastly why the hell should they verify something that they have no proof took place? If they found nothing then obviously nothing happened. Do you honestly think anytime the police get a random phone call that they should be kicking down doors just to make sure something isnt happening that they have no proof of and didnt witness or hear anything themselves. That's absurd

So what happens if police arrive and hear screaming and yelling. It sounds like someone is in distress and there is a violent altercation in place. And when they bang on the door and yell 'Police' things either go silent. Or they hear someone yelling and cursing from inside the house that they can't come in?

Do they:
A. Kick the door due to exigent circumstances.
B. Shrug shoulders and go have a coffee and donuts.
C. Apply for a warrant and wait 1-4 hours for said warrant to be approved and signed by a judge then return.

So what happens if in the case of what appears to be this video. Its just a drunk/noisy azzhole screaming and yelling and there is no altercation. They are covered because due to A. they had just cause to kick the door. He's going to have to eat the costs of damages.

He could have just as easily answered he door chilled out and said something like TV was loud, he got too into the sports match or whatever. Then apologized and they'd have left and wouldn't have returned. Literally 30 seconds worth of opening the door and talking to the cops would have prevented all of this.

I guarantee you before that video started rolling when they arrived at the location and knocked dude was being noisy as hell and was probably drunk and yelling like he was in that video. Even though he was alone. This entire thing is because he is a noisy belligerent dick that couldn't just live like a normal person and his neighbors called on him.
