Looks good OP - did you enjoy eating that much? I have a hard time eating clean at that calorie range...wake up in the middle of the night hungry af and raid my wife's snack stashes :/

Interested to see what you'll look like after you cut too.

At 775 grams of carbs a day, it wasn’t exactly clean lol. Over 4600 started to get uncomfortable for sure. Post workout meals was 375 carbs

Lol @ the trolls ITT. He obviously doesn't look as aesthetic as he was at 174. That's what happens when you get less lean. Are you guys gonna tell me water is wet now?

OP, amazing job dead srs. Your arms, traps, and delts blew tf up. Not a dreamer bulk at all, definitely added a lot of mass there. People need to get with the times and understand that a caloric surplus + high intensity training is the best way to go if you wanna add tissue to your body.

As a guy who used to be more on the fat side, how does it feel mentally to go from being lean to fluffy again? I remember that was hard for me when I'd bulk back up from a cut state. Complete mind fuk for sure. Are you comfortable overall? I guess there's the knowledge that you'll get back down and look better than ever.

At that point, I was resorting to anything tbh. I worked my metabolism up to that and it was eating them up. Cereal, pop tarts, rice crispies, etc. Fat was 70-80 and protein 275-315

Yeah man, no issues at all. Loading fat is easy. I kind of laugh at how scared some people here are of a little bit of fat gain. Mike Israetel had a great quote in a podcast something along the lines of losing 20 lbs of fat is an extremely easy sacrifice to gain 6-10 lbs of muscle

The thing is, losing fat is disproportionately easier than putting on muscle. Losing 20 lbs of pure fat can be done in a fairly short amount of time, let's say 6 months if you're not already fairly lean (around 20% bf). Putting on 20 lbs of pure muscle, without chemical assistance, can take several years.

Can you go more into the separation of fats from carbs stuff?
