The lie about carbs srs

Obviously everyone’s response to macros is different. But here is a theory.

You tubers have pushed the idea that carbs are bad because insulin spike.

So for the last year I’ve looks at carbs like calorie dense cancer.

Because I tricked my brain to thinking carbs are calorie dense, I subconsciously think when I eat carbs I’m in a surplus. However the scale says otherwise srs.

I firmly believe that carbs are the ultimate meme macro.

Brb buy managers special beef ect ect.

I ate like 3 bags of chips (large) and hamburgers with buns ect for two weeks and somehow I’m lighter than before.

Thoughts?

Gluten and dairy are bad for everyone even if you aren't intolerant. Best carb sources are rice, potatoes, veggies

I cut back on carbs for a long time. I added them back in and, lo and behold, haven't gained fat. I did that when I decided to start tracking macros and figured out how many I need in order to gain muscle and not fat weight.

Makes perfect sense because fat contains twice as many calories per gram compared to the other macros

It's not hard to gain weight when some of Burger King's sandwiches contain 50g+ fat

If I have to explain to one more "Karen" that carbs aren't bad I'm going to lose my mind, srs brah

"The flowers bloom, then wither... The stars shine and one day become extinct. This earth, the sun, the galaxies and even the big universe, someday will be destroyed. Compared with that, the human life is only a blink, just a little time. In that short time - people are born, laugh, cry, fight, are injured, feel joy, sadness, hate someone, love someone. All in just a moment. And then, are embraced by the eternal sleep called death."

if you look at the studies, the human body barely converts carbs into fat, even at like 500g/day. it's something like 5% max

same even goes for ethanol (acetate)

skewing macros to the bare minimum of essential fats needed makes cutting so simple

Yeah for sure. The trick is to get in enough fat and water.

I've been running this experiment for 2 months now I believe, took a while to adapt to all the carbs + water but yeah, fuqing awesome (srs)

carbs are essential.

the nutrition misinformation going around is ridiculous nowadays..

especially the keto craze since joe rogan started doing it years ago..

just shows how RETARDED people are..
one guy who has a podcast has a certain diet.. must be good.. carbs bad

calories in vs calories out as always but you need those carbs to fill up your muscles and feel energized. sodium is important as well. used to try low sodium to get a more leaner sucked in look but I felt like absolute sht. so important.

High carb high protein low fat checking in

Ketotards think calories don’t matter and carbs are the devil not realizing by cutting a macro out of their diet by default they’re lowering their calories by a significant amount also the water loss where they think it’s got magica weight loss, on a cut eat the most amount of carbs while still losing weight, better performance and better muscle retention

Some people should eat no carbs at all, some need a lot. It depends on the individual.

Someone with pathetic insulin sensitivity who gets sleepy and hungry after carbs and is fat should not eat ANY carbs at all. These people tend to do great on low carb or even no carb. While if you are insulin sensitive and active like maybe you are a serious athlete, then carbs may be required even if you don’t like them.

The whole “carbs are bad” or “carbs are very important” are retarded arguments, because they don’t take into account the person. Carbs are important and good? Like you mean a pre-diabetic with a belly should eat carbs, yeah? Are you THAT retarded to think this? Carbs are evil? Then why do marathon runners eat 19373701083 grams of carbs before running the marathon? It all depends on context.

I get what you're trying to convey, however every person should eat carbs, no macro should ever be left out.

They're far more than just the bodies main energy source and do vital things to keep your body functioning properly on a cellular level, in fact they have dozens of roles.

The key is a balanced diet, as cliche as that sounds.

Sometimes, and sometimes it’s the other way around, in a case such as mine I was never fat, always reasonably active, lifting, cardio etc. and yet pre-diabetic blood sugar, always super hungry after eating carbs, and have poor cardio, when I switch to low carb as experiment I have endless cardio and hunger disappears, skin improves dramatically, genetics play a role. My former female friend Was equatorial, she eats carbs all day, no high blood sugar, endless energy, no problems, not gaining fat, put her on low carb she feels like sheit, while I’m the opposite. Genetics brah
