If nothing else, ammo lasts and you will use it eventually (probably).

'Upgraded' my plates today.

Not sure if that's really what it is, though. Those 0.25" thick, 0.88 lb (10"x12") RMA handgun plates (up to .44) were so awesome to wear.

I put in some RMA 1092's and my god the thickness is going to be an adjustment. But, multi hit .308, M193, M855 tested so there is that (NIJ tested to the new III+ .07 spec). 4.49 lbs each, multi curve

Makes fully loaded plate carrier 16.x lbs

Dry fire Friday. Spent the afternoon shooting some AK then kitted up and ran drills and dry fire / sprints in the rain. Experimenting with offset dangler as center line was messing with access to the tq.

Waiting on Peshmerganor to release his hooded Kandahar combat shirt hnnghhhh

Cali brahs we may not have to rush to buy ammo. The same judge just today also denied the stay(appeal) on the injunction. So if my legal understanding is correct that means we're restrictions free until this makes it to the court system, which is going to be quite some time

fuk i wish he had denied the mag ban stay. I can't imagine having more than a year of bringing mags into the state until the court case happened

I think the reasoning was that some retards could argue some stupid points for a magazine ban and the court would side with them anyways because we all know the justice system would never be biased, but the ammunition background checks have data proving that they are ineffective (forget the numbers but they blocked like 13% of law abiding citizens and of all the background checks only 0.3% were justified in being denied)

Still want a barret .50 cal, a 45-70 lever action, side by side shotgun, Colt 1911, a Springfield 1903, and a 6.5 creed bolt actions... at least. More stuff too, but that's the top stuff. Oh, and an AK at some point, but a legit one, not a neutered US one.

Nope, only if it was a duty weapon which CDCR doesn't do; if we need a gun they provide one.
