It's not like you can just train and become that strong of a puncher or everyone would've done it.
Because not everyone has the focus and drive to improve their skills or techniques.

There are plenty of street ballers that could keep with any NBA player... except that they never worked on anything other than handles/agility. i.e. the And1 dudes.

There are plenty of people who can throw a mean punch with zero technique, but without technique they can't keep up with a real fighter.

Tyson had been training since he was a child, at 15 and 16 he won Jr Olympic Golds and ended up HWC at the age of 20.

I guess the boxing gyms they train with would help also, Eddie being British could find a decent boxing gym in the UK, Thor would maybe go to the USA to train? Not sure how popular boxing is in Iceland.

He should probably call it quits now. Can't be good to be fighting at 43.

He didn't "look bad" at he wasn't going serious. In reality, he'd most likely squash McGregor if he wanted to - pretty delusional if you think otherwise or that the little playfight thing they did means anything.

I've met Savickas and in Oly shoes he looked about 6'4" so 6'3" is spot on for him. The height fappers on that site claim Thor is 6ft 7¾. I've never heard of anyone quoting their height with three quarters of an inch. He's 6'8" and is always the tallest athlete on the stage. Here he is with Savickas whose height has been confirmed.

5'10" Vytautas Lalas in the middle whoHall arm wrestled last year. Didn't go so well.

Cliffs: Stating the obvious but 6'8" vs. 6'1" will be a huge difference in the ring.

I think Eddie has the edge on the mental game. Cant help but think that Thor is one soft adorable monster but dont think he would like to harm anybody. Eddie on the other hand, hes got that killer instinct
"The flowers bloom, then wither... The stars shine and one day become extinct. This earth, the sun, the galaxies and even the big universe, someday will be destroyed. Compared with that, the human life is only a blink, just a little time. In that short time - people are born, laugh, cry, fight, are injured, feel joy, sadness, hate someone, love someone. All in just a moment. And then, are embraced by the eternal sleep called death."

No, this, the 501, the year of talking about boxing fights is all to get those YT subs, TWITCH followers, merchandise and powder sold. All of it has been oiled and prepped to get massive monetary gain and has nearly zero legitimate personal care.

Eddie Hall has way more to lose, if he gets knocked out--which I don't think he will since the guy can fight and is fast--then that's a stain that will forever be mem'd and used. However if it makes him a killing of money it is probably worth the risk. If Thor loses, people will just say: "Well he is bigger but hasn't trained much in fighting so what did you expect?".

Seeing grown men in the YT comment section getting emotionally involved in these semi fake dramas is the truly pathetic side. It's like a male version of MFC, and these are the people buying up everything they sell and financially being siphoned.

The beef is real. For sure there's now an incentive to spice it up with more insults but they clearly don't like each other.

The boxing match is stupid but if they're both getting a million for it then it's too good to pass up. Hall retired 2 years ago so sponsors are only interested in him if he's plugging them online in clickbait videos. Look at his most popular videos. Most people aren't interested in watching them lift weights, they want to see stupid eating challenges and a fat guy doing a backflip.

It's supply and demand. People crave this crap so he's feeding it to them.
