any of you following this PMC Venezuela story?

havent researched a ton (so please correct me if im wrong), but what it sounds like is some fly-by-night cowboy contracting company went in with literally just a a couple ex US mil dudes and some venezuelan friends to try and take out Maduro - but got captured

and apparently they got captured with literally all forms of identification like passports and even American flag patches on their helmets - I'm not in the military but everything I've read says missions like this you aren't supposed to have chit on you at all??

All the while, the contracting company they supposedly worked for was giving live twitter updates of the raid?? lol wot

Some weird shyt going on with that whole story. First, why are they carrying all their ID's on them? They found a cache of pistol braces(why?), tactical vests(maybe armor?), magazines, helmets, and oldly enough an airsoft gun(or maybe a legit rifle with an orange painted muzzle brake?). Don't ever expect to get the true story of what went down, but expect a cool netflix series on it in about a year

Herter's 9mm already arrived. That was quick . . . I mean, once it actually shipped.

Thanks to the delvery person who left it right in the middle of the front porch in the box clearly marked "HERTER'S 9MM CENTERFIRE AMMUNITION" in the midst of a pandemic with ammo prices and availability being potato. Good thing I was home to snag it.

Well...they better hope they get more than hearsay regarding the alleged burglary...if there is tangible evidence there...that's going to be an interesting one for the jury.

My Glock 21 is 13 round, 13 rounds of .45 is pretty damn solid IMO.

Mine is unlabeled as ammo, but on the shipping label itself it does say (in the comment) "Live ammo, handle with care."

I remember when I ordered 2 50lb plates on Amazon... delivery guy must have been pissed, they came boxed together in one package (straps holding them together).

Also last time I ordered 3000 rounds of ammo, total ship weight was around 90lbs, all in one heavy duty box.

lol

With my Rogue weights the heaviest single package was a 35 and a 25. The 45's were all solo boxed or in one uncommon case 45+10 (10 lb HG 2.0 bumpers) were attached. Two 50's boxed together...that's just wrong

sup ya knuckle heads

someone talk me out of getting a G42 for ultra-light carry. I have a LCP II But the thing is unbearable to shoot and I can't get my support thumb on the gun correct to shoot fast

G42 though, would let me. slightly larger and supposed to be way easier to shoot. heard plenty people saying it's a better buy than a G43 as its more shootable and some of those underwood 380 loads are a contender.

my delivery guys probably hates me. i believe i mentioned to you guys awhile ago that i bought a bunch of 50 lb plates for a deadlift station. I had those delivered to my office because i didnt want them getting stolen off my front porch. apparently the delivery guy was really mad he had to haul 500 lbs of steel from his truck into the building.

I would have tipped him if i had been around when the weights were delivered.

yea, thats one of the problems with .45 acp, ammo is expensive. the grip on a 21 is pretty large too, but i like the way it feels.

did you have an oldschool gen 3 with the full size grip?
