Lmao @ this bait thread growing 3 pages, but whatever, I'll chime in.
Agreed with the German brahs, trying to put down and make fun of the US is popular in not only Germany but all of Europe. I live in France and it's a constant thing, still remember how bad it was during the 2016 election. I'm actually pretty sure it's worse here although I haven't been to Germany for a while despite having family over there, based on interactions w people in both countries. That being said, bringing up something entirely unrelated as the World Wars because they insulted muh greatest country in the world comes as even more immature. Don't bother with them, grow up srs you sound rustled

Americans suffer and work harder than nearly all of the first world but still have subpar outcomes.
Germany is clearly a better country and so is Canada and japan for the citizen class at least.
america govy = ran by far right corporatists, doesnt matter if dem or rep.
Lol even americans in the top 10% of wealth are still plebians
edit: damn phone

They also dont understand why people are upset over their behavior in WW2.
"To be a warrior is not a simple matter of wishing to be one. It is rather an endless struggle that will go on to the very last moment of our lives. Nobody is born a warrior, in exactly the same way that nobody is born an average man. We make ourselves into one or the other."-- Carlos Castaneda

German's hate Americans. Every single one of them... some are just more transparent about it.

More innovation per capita
Better health and success outcomes
Better infrastructure
Less poverty, crime, corruption
Better average schooling
Unless you're some genius doctor or a criminal entrepreneur you're way better off in Germany than in the USA. The amount of people in the plebeian class (read all of misc and 99% of Fox News watchers) who stroke their tiny pecker over their country and its GDP is just hilarious, none of it is yours and none of it goes to helping you, only enriching the globalist trans coporations

The only good thing about America is that immigrants can come into the country and make good money. There are so many ways to become rich in America.
Thats why America is called Land of opportunity...
if you're poor in America, that's your problem

The Russian forces left in 1991. The Americans are still there, including nuclear bombs.

Making fun of the US in order to feel better about oneself is extremly popular as well. Don't even bother with them, srs. There's this Thai epidemiologist here who critized the governments' corona policies recently and he was shocked by how easily the people gave up their constitutional rights, as is usually the case with people who moved here from oppressive countries. They're always amazed by how easily big portions of the population will bend over for the government.
Combine biased media + education system with a relatively small population size and this is what you'll get. Imagine if NY or California were seperate countries where everyone watches CNN every day and you'll get a feel of what it's like.

Come to think of it my friend had a German foreign exchange student when we were in high school, kid was a complete ******* as well. "Why do Canadians need trucks, we all drive gti's 200km/hr on the Autobahn".
Just a blind arrogance from most Germans I've come across.

Many countries look at us differently since the last election, so they technically are not wrong.

Brings back memories, I worked for a German firm about 20 years ago. I came to learn some of my German coworkers used any and all excuses to bash Americans.
