I'm no lawyer, but after gathering a few basic facts and googling Georgia laws relevant to this case, I formed the same conclusion. But I'm not an American (nor am I an emotional *******) so it's easy for me to form an objective opinion. Some of you guys can't see how biased you are. It's really very strange. As more facts come out, I'll be happy to admit it if I'm wrong, but for now I agree with Tatum.

The only thing I'm upset about is that it took national exposure for these guys to even get arrested.

I mean from the vid that I saw, it was literally cut and edited to make it look like they executed the guy. When I watched the vid in OP, I changed my opinion completely.
