That is literally the point of this thread. The way OP said cause of death “still” listed as homicide suggests he thinks the drugs mean otherwise.

This, wtf is wrong with some of you guys, yes he had criminal history, and he maybe have been on drugs, but doesnt change the fact that the cop kept his knee on his neck while he kept saying I cant breathe, and he kept it there for so long. Any decent cop would have removed their knee and restrained him a different way, he was already on the ground and restrained.

Hi! I work in law enforcement! (Corrections, but it still counts, god dammit)

Someone being intoxicated during arrest does not absolve the primary officer from the duty to preserve life. You might have a bit of leeway if he was high on PCP and resisting arrest, but (from what I can tell) that wasn't the case. He was clearly submissive for close to 10 minutes of recorded footage. The fact that he was on meth and ******** (which makes zero sense) or that he was a prior felon or was in porn is irrelevant. The cop did a sh*tty job and killed the guy, and given the amount of scrutiny these days, especially when dealing with black people, is justifiably worthy of people being pissed off.

The "people who disagree with me are trolls or retards" or "I DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING RACIST! YOU'RE PROJECTING!" is nonsense.
