Definitely a solid add to the BBC crew. Reps for Charles when i get off spread. Beautiful spicy vanilla. Definitely not a warm weather scent, but could see it being great for date nights/nights out and cool mornings.
It's some good stuff. Smooth, creamy, and rich.
Top notch scent if you ask me. I actually really enjoy the sorta black pepper note this has and I suspect what's why girls love it where I live. 1. We love pepper in the Caribbean and 2. It's usually sunny as fuk so Sauvage really shines.
You should give this one a try. I'm not a big pepper fan, but it's really well done here. And instead of smelling like lemon pepper seasoning, it adds the pepper to sweet vanilla, amber, and lavender. The drydown is amazing.

SOTD:MFK Amyris Homme EDT.
Smelled buriful at first, then that weird oud note every MFK I've tried (except BR540) has crept in and sort of ruined it. Then that faded out after about an hour, and it became nice and sweet again. Then one more hour, and it's almost completely gone. I still have the extrait to try later, I sure hope it doesn't have the ghost oud and lasts a lot longer.
Tested the last of my five Luna Rossas, the OG. First spray: mint. Hard pass for me, as I'm not into smelling like I sprayed mouthwash on my skin. The best way to describe this fragrance is it smells like the inside of an old lady's purse, that has various containers of makeup and a few crumbly old sticks of Wrigley's Spearmint Gum kicking around in the bottom. But if you like minty fragrances like Versace Eros, you'd probably like Prada Luna Rossa.
I'm glad I saved the OG for last, as if I had tried it first I would have not looked forward to the flankers. But that one, Luna Rossa Extreme (not bad but a black pepper bomb at the beginning), and Luna Rossa Carbon (pepper and strong metallic notes) are all passes for me, whereas Luna Rossa Sport and Luna Rossa Black will probably be full bottle purchases for me. I will compare the two together later to determine which to buy first, as I'm not on the CEOin' / 10k a day budget like some of you ballers. One is sweet heavy powder with musk (Black), while the other is sweet light powder and fresh (Sport).

Anyways I use extrait for bars/lounges and its good performance is one of those reasons so I hope that one works better for you. I'm still trying to figure out the oud though.

I have lots of AF favorites, what are you looking for? Something fresh, something warm for dates, etc?
GameTime should be on your list. It's their mix of Aventus + BR540. It smells absolutely fantastic. Fresh enough for daily wear, while still being sweet enough for intimate cooler weather situations.
Alexandria Signature is (maybe) my favorite. It's an exclusive and not a clone of anything, it's kind of a lemony cream pie scent. Lemon citrus and warm vanilla. Das it mane.
Africano is a great choice for most situations. That's their Byredo Bal d'Afrique clone.
Crystal Peak is really nice, that's their version of Creed Silver Mountain Water.
