Here it is before it rolls over. We can't tell what it is

I'm on the shooters side, it was justified. I agree with his decision to protect his neighborhood but it doesn't change that I still think he's still a dummy
If you go frame by frame you can see him drop the glasses and then the knife

Will the antifa members be charged with attempted murder? Their actions could be interpreted in no other way

I did see the frame by frame and I saw the thing come out, all I'm saying is we can't tell it's a knife and we can't tell that it isn't. To me it did look like some sort of weapon but not a knife

Either way skateboard guy is a bish and we just have to wait to see what actually happened.

No way bro. These folks were peacefully protesting and the statue fell on its own.

Those are actually two different and separate legal cases to be heard. The physical conflict that happened before hand is one case and the attack on his person is another. Yes they are related, but the trial will be over whether or not the shooting was justifiable at that moment he used deadly force. Not whether or not he could have made better choices before he actually had to defend his life.

pretty clear to me. he should be charged when he threw those girls to the ground. but those should be separate

i dont think he should be charged for murder when the mob was running after him. it was pretty clear those guys were also being fueled by the crowd

there's no way to know how that would have gone and they were charging at him angrily, and he honestly showed good restraint. so should be self defense, but i still think he should get the other charges

Watch the first video again, catbrah. The female is clearly blocking his path and pushing and shoving him first. When he finally throws her to the ground to get past her it’s not a good look and you might even be able to argue that he escalated it, but he CLEARLY didn’t start it. Your argument that he “roughed up a female that wasn’t being physical towards him” is 100% false.
