This is so true. These women are being seen as strong and feminist. They couldn't be doing any more damage to ACTUAL rape victims. They are completely diminishing the power and meaning of the word. Now rape is being conflated with consensual (like here) or transactional relationships (like with Weinstein and I'm not defending him).

True rape is women being forced to have sex and it is disgusting. It's not having sex willingly then having regrets later on, using it to gain fame, advance their careers or promote some misguided cause or to punish men for hurting their feelings.

IMO in any sane world he could file charges for damages to his reputation. Maybe if a few whiny bully snowflakes get BK for their crap it will slow them down a little.

Yeah, I think that our brains don't mature by age 18 and that there should be a very hard look taken at how fair our permissions and punishments are in that regard.

But if this stands up it is a huge step backwards for women IMO. Because she is essentially claiming that at age 17 she was a helpless waif unable to consent to sex (or object to sex) that she actually pursued herself. This is pretty much a woman saying that she needs a chastity belt and her parents should have the key because she is too weak to make her own decisions.
