NFL is about short burst of athleticism. Which they are better at than rugby players. But Rugby is about constant endurance with no rest. No NFL player will ever survive a rugby game. By the 50th minute the rugby team will be racking up tries and running through the ruck.
He was signed to the practice squad which means jack chit. I know a guy who never saw the field in college except for special teams coverage (literally the chit no one wants to do for you non Americans) who was on an NFL practice squad for a year. Could have been longer but they beat the chit outta you for basically no money

I've played against athletes near the caliber of LJ. You have no idea how quick those guys are until you see them IRL. I'm fast but those guys are on a whole nother level. I played against a guy who was a basketball parade all american and 2nd round draft pick in the NBA at 6' tall which is turbo manlet in NBA terms. The guy was so quick side to side your eyes could barely keep up. Guys like that make anyone in world look foolish.

my D2 club had a TE from a good florda school and a safety from a ACC school, both were good but hardly dominant. even the TE who was billed at 6'5" 255 was pretty easy to tackle and step.

its not like football. they are completely diff sports.

a good union club in the us with ex d1 college football players will get beat by a rugby college.

His only job as well is to basically run about twenty yards max pushing another large object. Needs incredible power and not so much stamina. A series in football might last maximum 8-10 minutes with frequent stops in play.

Some rugby players are insanely powerful - which is very different than brute strength. And they tackle completely differently.

Rugby is just a totally different game. It's impossible to compare them but people think just because they both involve a ball and running they are close.

At wrestling meets, the stands have a few parents scattered around along with a couple neighborhood homo kid touchers. At football games, every teen girl from both schools goes to watch and pick out which players get to smash PRIME young vagene.

I'm not even happy with the NFL now, it's a totally cucked corporation putting a crappy product on the field these days...

but they are leagues better than Rugby players lol.

Rugby fanboys have no friggin idea how FAST elite college teams and NFL teams are, the game is unbelievably fast, the players are huge, and mass + speed equals huge hits.

In addition....as all studies have shown, wearing all the equipment makes the hits HARDER as the feeling of safety is greater.

Rugby players aren't weak cucks, but obviously if they were NFL level talent they'd be recruited by NFL teams and make millions of $$$ lol. It's not like these rugby guys are rejecting multi-million dollar contracts as some kind of pro-rugby statement - nobody is offering them contracts because they can't compete at NFL speed or size.
