He's not overreacting. You have to consider this - she doesn't only feel this way, she was also willing to let others know and put it out there. That shows a lack of respect and consideration for her husband. We've all had doubts and apprehensions in relationships, but when you're willing to let others know that your significant other is somebody you "settled for", you're a degenerate.
