As you guys know, my ex left me for a ****ing 9/10 chad, blue eyes, amazing skin, jawline, legit male model, probably the highest branch she will ever reach in her life. Had dated this one broad for maybe 2-3 months... cute AF 8/10 brunette girl next door type with an amazing set of tits. Her biggest drawback was the fact she was dumb... like not trying to a dick about it. But I am pretty sure she had to fk her way out of HS... which would make sense because she was pretty good at it and not to mention a squirter. Anyways , had to break it off and like 6 months later I get this random voice message begging me to reconsider dating her again. But I guess she forgot we were still friends on social media... I was getting these calls while she was all over FB with her boyfriend saying how much she loved him.
Had a few other's pull some BS but that's for another time and day..
On the flip side...
When I started dating my wife she would straight up show me the text's and emails from her Ex's begging for her to come back. Even had one call her while she was riding my dick... I made her answer the phone...lol. I mean her snootch is like a Chinese finger trap so I get it
If you are that hung up on one person I feel sorry for you (not really)โฆ life is too short to worry about one fkn person in your past who didn't want you.

Of course it hurts to hear and feel these things, and sometimes it does go away. I guess it's sort of natural to wonder "what if" and "I wonder" when you reach a rough spot. I too have a girl who got away, and it was no ones fault but my own. It hurts to admit to yourself that there's one who got away, but it gives you perspective on what you want in a partner, and what you want in a relationship. I've since gone on and have had great relationships and dates with girls who are all special in their own right. It would be selfish of me to still love the thing that hurts me the most, because it puts the girls who are interested in me at a disadvantage from the start. You need to learn how to let go and make peace with those who get away. Life's too short to be hanging on someone who won't come around again. Do yourself a favor and move on. I think it took me a year to get over the one who got away, and now we are actually friends even though she has a boyfriend.
Outside of looks, money, height, weight, etc., if you truly click and mesh with someone so perfectly, you realize you can't get that anywhere else. When a woman truly loves a man, it's something that's not easily replicated. In my opinion, you get the feeling that everything you feel from the moment you lose them, is just lesser feelings than what you had before. It messes with your psyche and can inadvertently damage your future relationships.
