In most professional jobs you can be let go for a "morals clause" and that can be anything from drunk driving, hitting your spouse, alcoholism, and social media posts like this. They consider it a reflection of them( the job) even though you are off the clock. So really you are always on the clock and need to think before you do or say anything unless you are ready to leave/retire.

Freedom of speech is not freedom from consequences.

Alright you didn't mean her rant was "this dumb" but the act of posting it.

But you're basically stating that freedom of speech (and her post is a perfect example of REAL freedom of speech as opposed to "hate" speech) is dead and we just have to accept the fact that we now live in the Soyviet Union and keep our mouths shut if we don't want to lose our jobs. Because the only professionals who are getting punished for speaking freely are the ones who are not toeing the leftist anti-white party line.

Thing is that some people just can't accept that. And standing up against it isn't "dumb". It's admirable.

If she got to be an assistant principal, then she had to have enough common sense to know what was to follow from this. A drunk driving offense for ex. is usually after work hours, and to lose your job from it seems silly.
