Peaceful protesters aren't busting down gates......

I'm glad they met them with guns drawn too. That dude probably worked his ass off to get where he is at in life. No loser is gonna take that from him.

Because bro, we love to carry gasoline to fire. Some people thrive to see violence(media).
Why the headline have to be “white man kill black teen, hurr hurr.” and not “man killed teen.”” It’s disgusting and I’m tired of them helping building tension.

This so much, this whole freight train is being fueled with hate. If this keeps up the only outcome to this is a civil war, Left vs Right.

"The most terrifying force of death, comes from the hands of "Men who wanted to be left Alone".

They try, so very hard, to mind their own business and provide for themselves and those they love.

They resist every impulse to fight back, knowing the forced and permanent change of life that will come from it.

They know, that the moment they fight back, the lives as they have lived them, are over.

The moment the "Men who wanted to be left Alone" are forced to fight back, it is a small form of suicide. They are literally killing off who they used to be. . . .

Which is why, when forced to take up violence, these "Men who wanted to be left Alone", fight with unholy vengeance against those who murdered their former lives. They fight with raw hate, and a drive that cannot be fathomed by those who are merely play-acting at politics and terror. TRUE TERROR will arrive at the Left's door, and they will cry, scream, and beg for mercy . . . . but it will fall upon deaf ears."

Pointing a firearm at someone without cause is a criminal assault just about anywhere.

So, video clearly shows the gate being opened, undamaged and apparently unlocked. It could have been forced open, but it wasn't in the state it was in in the "after" picture going around. Not clear when that happened or who did it.

Missouri has a very broad Castle Doctrine that extends all the way to the property line, but the protest was on a sidewalk. While there's a sign posted that this is a private sidewalk, which makes a good case for trespassing charges, the chances that individual homeowners are authorized to trespass people off of it on behalf of the HOA are pretty low, nevermind at gunpoint. I've also seen some debate about how the sidewalk is actually classified on St. Louis zoning maps alleging that the signs have no legal basis, but don't know the facts.

They do claim that the crowd yelled a threat at them, but as far as I know, it's not clear if they claim that happened before or after they pointed guns at them, and it's also not clear if it really happened at all. Apparently, the attorneys have also claimed that crowd was armed and wearing body armor, that they threatened to burn their house down, burn their office down, and kill their dog. People who were in the crowd say they made that up.

In watching the :49 video, I don't see anybody stepping into their yard, or hear anybody threatening them. That doesn't mean it didn't happen, but it's not in evidence that it happened.

So this is a situation where the alleged crime is in their basic incompetence at handling a firearm responsibly. I don't know every detail of MO statute and there are other facts that will come out, but I'm sure is where they're coming from with it. Police are also investigating trespassing charges against the protesters and looking into the homeowners' claims that they were also assaulted, according to St. Louis media, and if they really did break the gate and it really was a private sidewalk, they obviously should be charged.
Nah, fukk that. I’m not doing that.

Of course she knows she has no chance. Same goes for that pos DA from Folton County .. they want to create a spectacle so when the verdicts comes out against them, the animals can have more fuel to go looting and rioting.

You're assuming that the average person is smart enough to figure out that these riots are actually the fault of leftist (Democrat) local officials and international agitators. I don't have a lot of faith in the average person putting 2 and 2 together.

Without a doubt they’d beat any type of charge. After the events taking place in weeks leading up, they certainly had a reasonable suspicion to believe they were in danger.

Civilization is hard to maintain when you have certain folks who think the laws don’t apply to them. Those BLM folks trespassed onto private property and where there in front of the house illegally. I saw the whole video.

Oh chit bro I didn't realize the angry mob didn't break the gate. Oh whats that you say, they were peaceful, oh excuse me. I thought, since they were identifying with what appears to be a violent movement and trespassing, that they were not peaceful. But I can see with your reasoning that they did not break the gate and will believe whole heartedly the "before" pictures LMAO.
