First of all, all people involved are fkn retarded as fuk. Karen needs to go to jail.

I guess there was a fender bender at chipotle and Karen wanted to just leave? In which case, it would be fleeing (a crime)..even a small dent could cost a couple hundred to fix.

So then when they try and flee and bump into people standing behind them...which based on the longer video, the driver had plenty of room to just pull forward and leave.

But then karen comes out with a gun...not just having the gun out but immediately starts pointing it at people.

-Meets resistance trying to leave but driver was backed out enough to pull forward and leave
-Karen immediately jumps out and starts pointing gun at people

Poor overall tactics. If you are carrying a firearm for self protection, you can’t just focus on protecting yourself from physical harm without also considering possible legal prosecution. It’s questionable if the woman was justified in pulling out her firearm in the first place, but once she decided her life was in enough danger, she should’ve had her husband call the cops and remain at the scene until they showed up. Aiming a loaded weapon at someone then driving away without having alerted authorities seems like you are asking for a menacing charge if the other party calls 911 first.

What this man is saying true

The world has changed boyos, whites are guilty until proven innocent. You are guilty of something, racism, colonialism, something. You will have to be allot smarter moving forward on how you handle situations like this.

Every single time self-defense comes up on the Misc, I give the same basic advice and Miscers get upset because they thought the law was written like Gran Turino.

- If you're going to introduce a gun, you need to be prepared to be arrested and to handle it graciously.
- If you know you can get out of the situation without using it, even if you're in a Stand Your Ground state, do it.

Any set of facts can be twisted and you don't know how it's going to look when the police arrive or who has a motive to dig up a way to turn it around on you. Prosecutors are elected and need headlines to keep their generous pay, and public defenders don't get paid chit and will sell your butthole for a McRib.

It's just stupid to risk it. The prisons are full of people who claim they were defending themselves and some of them are telling the truth. Karen might have a decent defense here but if she can't get negotiate an acceptable plea deal, her fate will now be in the hands of 12 people were too stupid to get out of jury duty.
