I don't get it? The old guy attacked him and he got dropped. Problem? He even warned him first, then the bloatlord decided to attack. I'm not saying it was a great idea to stay in that situation, he probably should have left to try and deescalate (but we aren't sure what happened first so maybe he needed to stay and talk to the cops like he said).
