PB Front squat and deadlift at 161lbs
Both 5 rm's.
A little over 3 plates and a little over 5 plates respectively.
Not as lean as I was a couple of months ago, but nice to see progress performance wise and nice to fill out shirts

Bodybuilding is ave, powerlifting is big (people my weighr are beasts. Benching 405 and 7plate 1rm dead etc) - it aint bad.. But lots of broscience. Behind Americans by a mile.
My close grip bench is 290lbs for 5 and my strict ohp is 165 x 5
