Well the owner of those buildings just happened to have a dentist appointment that day that later got canceled and he decided to go for a walk, instead of going back to the top of the buildings to eat lunch like he usually did. His children also ran into traffic that day as well, so they missed going up to their offices too. Lucky asf.
