Does taking my dog on a morning and evening walk count as cardio?

I lift because its a good way to take out aggression, honestly find it pathetic that so many men are fine with being milk bags. I dont really watch my diet, lifting just makes me feel good. No vanity here.

Cardio increases the efficiency of how well your heart delivers blood (and oxygen) through your body, lowering the risk of LVH and lowering your blood pressure as well as resting heart rate.

I lift because it makes me feel good and I love that endorphin high. The physical aspect is just a great by-product of lifting. Plus, lifting helps bone density and as a woman, that's pretty important as you age.

What kind of cardio do you do, op? And for how long? Before or after lifting?
I always plan on doing some cardio after lifting but never do it

I lift so all the girls I have at the moment can text me "I can't wait to touch your sexy arms when we watch movies in your bed later this week" heh. Matched with an aesthetically big cut cock and you're good to go boyos. Sex is my cardio because running is for *******s.

I do cardio, but I'll also admit I lift partially for vanity reasons. Nothing wrong with a measured amount of vanity, just as long as it doesn't become a defining personality trait.

I average about 8-10k steps per day (On weekdays. Weekends it all depends what I'm doing, sometimes 2-3k, sometimes 15k+), am I gonna make it?
