And trust would never watch the US version of any british TV show. The only success that has ever come of that is The Office

It's not great..
but it's good.
Kingdom on Netflix... about retired MMA fighter played by Frank Grillo who runs a MMA gym.
Banshee on Amazon Prime is also good.
Yellowstone and Billions I also recommend.

For no-frills drama and quality acting I recommend Fauda on Netflix.
"The manlet is a savage beast that knows no moral bound. After falling in disgrace to a manmore, a ravaged manlet would not hesitate to come from behind and land a sucker punch/ swing with a rock to the back of a manmore's head. They are ruthless and you need to spend some more time in the gutter to even begin trying to comprehend what goes on in their minds."

s3 is juicy... I just hope they don't drag the show out too long. The whole corporate intruder thing is going to get old pretty quick. 9/10 show though.

Thanks to all the brahs responding will check stuff out. Am kind of intrigued by true detective and ZeroZeroZero.
Always had an unhealthy pull toward serial killers and drug-related drama....
In general I avoid sport stuff (even stuff about lifting, boxing, fighting etc). Not sure why, I'm sure they're awesome but struggle to engage

watching mindhunters now on Netflix, worth it IMO.
